Very rude and disrespectful they need a whole new team if you don’t like your job look for something else there is a lot other jobs that you don’t have to deal with customer service like security guard

I placed an order with this Domino's through Uber Eats, and when I recieved it one part of my order was nothing like what I ordered. I bought a pepperoni pizza and a chicken alfredo pasta. When I opened the chicken alfredo it was filled with spinach, mushrooms, tomato, and onion. All additions that I did not add to my order. Unbelievable that this could happen to such a simple order, and it only leads me to believe that this was intentional on the part of the workers.
Twice now this Dominos has brought my order over an hour late and cold. The first time this happened, I called four times before they answered and told me “the next driver starts work in 7 minutest” and it arrived 30 later cold. This time, they’ve just stopped answering the phone. I think at this point, Domino’s is an abusive ex ?♀️

Terrible customer service. Placed an online order an hour ago. Spoke with someone who said the pizza was ready and the delivery guy had just arrived to take my pizza. It's still in quality check and now no one will answer my call. Highly dissatisfied. No pizza. Just one sad empty table.

Said they delivered my pizza but didn't follow the delivery instructions I left when ordering online. Went outside to look for it but it's not at my house nor any of my neighbors. Tried calling the store but no answer. Attempted to connect online but also not working. Very frustrating as I'm out money and have no food.
Mr. Oritz was the best driver I could have ever had! He was an absolute joy to talk to and truly cared about getting my food to me, next time I order from here I hope hes the one who drops it off.

I like Dominos and I enjoy but what I don’t enjoy is that always is something with the time I noticed that I called to ask how much longer it takes cause I wait more than an hour for pizza to be delivered and I get a lady answer on the phone screaming at me that they didn’t have no one to deliver my pizza so I got mad of course

This rating has more to do with the service. The staff was supposed to remake a pizza for me that was wrong. I waited 15 minutes, and it still had not been completed. I left very unhappy. The manager was not very customer friendly.
