When I arrive to the Dominos I was greeted by a young man at the front. He asked if I was there for pick up or order I informed him pick up. He asked my name and told me my or would be ready in 5mins. (Awesome Customer Service wish I got his name.
Since there were a few ppl waiting in lobby it went to my car . I came back in two ppl that had been waiting before was still there. As I entered employee (Isabella) look me in my face didn’t ask if I needed help. As I standing waiting another customer comes in the door a Hispanic Male. Isabella asked if he need to pick up are place an order she proceeded to look for his order than after she ask me did I need help . I don’t know if it was a racist situation but that was extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t want to do business with anyone like that . 👎🏾

Avoid this dominoes. Pizza showed delivered 5:40, it wasn't. I called the store to ask for a refund, assuming pizza was lost as The tracker last showed the driver 20 minutes from my home. Called 3 times before someone spoke to me. I was on phone with manager when it finally arrived. I said well that's weird it showed it delivered 20 minutes ago. She said no that can't be he just left. I point blank asked if she was calling me a liar, she started with an excuse. Asked again if she was calling me a liar. She hung up. Ma'am if you don't want upset customers calling, then get your restaurant in order. Also we can see where our orders are! I guarantee my order ended up back at the store, thrown in the oven to reheat, and then he left when I called asking about my order.

I called around 2:20 pm to order food I only ordered 3 items and being I’m right down the road. At first, they gave me the run around when I called down there the second time to figure out where my order was cause it was already 40 minutes past and they told me it would only be 20 minutes delivery when I called them. They couldn’t even tell me where my order was. He told me they was waiting on the delivery driver and that my food could be picked up. so I went down there to pick up my food and when I got down there, he told me that the delivery driver had my food and I had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes just to get it. Horrible customer service just horrible all around.

Super late with the order by 45 mins, gave everything else there pizza before I and had we waiting in the lobby and the staff members which cursing at each other at high volume with 5 customers (me included) not in anyway professional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. at the end they forgot that I ordered

The Domino's app said order was ready through the tracker. Waited for 5 minutes afterwards when they told me they hadn't even made the pizzas yet. Customers kept piling up inside the store as they also waited for their orders that weren't ready. Waited an entire 30 MINUTES when I finally received my pizzas. They should shut this place down with this kind of service, it's unacceptable. Avoid this Domino's at all costs.
