The worst place to get a pizza...they have been very slow in giving orders for more than an hour...and by phone and not to mention...almost 2 hours...I don't recommend it at all

The Domino's app said order was ready through the tracker. Waited for 5 minutes afterwards when they told me they hadn't even made the pizzas yet. Customers kept piling up inside the store as they also waited for their orders that weren't ready. Waited an entire 30 MINUTES when I finally received my pizzas. They should shut this place down with this kind of service, it's unacceptable. Avoid this Domino's at all costs.

I only order here because they’re closest but as other have said. Most of the time they’re unhelpful or seem bothered by customers presence. Lady night manager seems unable to handle what a manager should be able to- like applying a credit for an order that clearly wasn’t made by myself but on my account from an out of state person. Unwilling to help and pushes for customer service to be called when she could look at my account. Food is usually good, sometimes sloppily made in a hurry depending on the crew. Food 7/10 . Service 4/10 all the way

As a Former Employee of this Location,(GM in training),I Was Treated very disrespectfully ,and fired because a white customers gave me 40.00 fake dollars that i reported to the manager on duty ,when I discovered it .since i was told i would be doing deliveries and cleaning & taking out the Trash until i met her standards of running a shift.The next day, I couldn’t even clock in ! I was already removed from the system...while hearing giggles in the background as i tried to clock in.Then i was told that the customer came by and denied the claims and that he was a regular customer, and that “this was not the hood” How i know you didn’t switch the money! im thinking ? so a GM IN TRAINING & in line to get his own store to manage and potentially own ,Driving a New SRT Challenger! ,Paying a Mortage!(ME) is not going to risk all that for 40.00! 1st off ....I will not ,This was New Years eve around midnight .im working instead of being home....and thats what i got!Fired @anyone Who Cares ...guess the little people dont matter .fell behind lost it all... 01/01/2021 I hop it’s under new management Mr.Aries liked the female manager there and brought gifts so he took her side and said he would make sure I didn’t work for dominoes again! He also said he would give a bad report if asked! Now I’m a supervisor of a security company! So thank you all who sabotaged my career at dominoes if it wasn’t for you all , I would not have found something Better!

Customer service is HORRIBLE! The employees ring up customers touching money that contains germs and don't even bother to wash there hands and put on gloves. That is super unsanitary and disturbing to know filthy hands are preparing people's food. SHAME ON YOU DOMINO'S. City inspectors need to see this bad practice.

My son ordered a pizza for contactless delivery. The order showed completed, but there was no pizza at our address. He immediately called the location's direct line and was placed on hold. He remained on hold for over 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called myself. They answered the phone immediately. I expressed that there was no pizza at my doorstep. I was placed on a brief hold, and the delivery driver came on the line and stated she remembered the delivery. She explained that she had delivered the pizza to my doormat and proceeded to give directions to my home from the Domino's store location. She then went on to say how she knows it’s delivered to the correct address and that someone may have taken it from the front of my home and that she did not eat the pizza! I told her thank you for taking the time to explain her side of things. I called my son back and asked him to check our neighbor's address, which is one number different from ours!! And voila!So the pizza had been indeed delivered to the wrong address. I called the dominoes back to explain everything but the young lady responsible for answering the phone kept hanging up in my face. I had to have my son call on three way to get through to speak to someone about the issue. Initially, I wanted to explain and express that the pizza was indeed delivered to the wrong address and to be careful next time, but after being mistreated and hung up on, I am now no longer going to be a customer at this Domino's location This was the last straw. I have received bad service before, cold and even burnt pizza, but I did not make a fuss because someone at Domino's usually tries to help. This time there was no help. I am disguised with the service from this location. Do yourself a favor and just order pizza elsewhere to avoid subpar service.

Tracker said food was ready, get there waited for 5 min, lady tells me 4 min so I’m cool with that. Some other lady tells me they forgot to put the pizzas in, I’m still cool and take a seat, walk up there about twenty minutes later to see my order just sitting there, that lady didn’t tell me my order was ready even after I spoke to her two previous times about it and was the only customer sitting there, if I didn’t have 20/20 vision and saw my name on the ticket I’d probably still be sitting there smh
