horrible service! I made an order on the phone they charged me for my order and after close to 2 hrs that I called to check on my order they said they made a mistake and they never placed the order yet they charged me and a lady saying she was the manager hung up on me.and when I showed up to speak the manager who was a man,who said he's name was Joshua was extremely rude and said he could not help me and he could not check on any payments that had been done even though I got charged....never going back again and I sure will b calling corporate

I really don't like the service here. Everyone is doing their job, but it doesn't seem like they work together. I sat there and watched my order come out of the oven and I still had to wait another 10 minutes to get my pizza because the guy at the front counter was on the phone taking an order which seems like it took forever.and the other three were busy. I wish they had someone there whose job is specifically for the front counter, making sure that the people who have an order waiting can receive them in a timely manner.

Placed order online, received email and text pizza in oven. Went to store waited for next notification, never received. Cold pizza since it was sitting there, how do you know your order is ready if you don't use the system to tell your customers????

I ordered a pizza with a free promo code for curbside pickup. I get up there and wait about five minutes and then I go inside the store to find out how much longer it’s going to be and one of the employees tells me that the coupon code isn’t working and that I’m not gonna get my pizza. First off the coupon code isn’t working. My order should’ve never went through and then I drove up there just to be told that. Dominoes needs to get it together. if you do a promo and you can’t fulfill it because you’re so overwhelmed then don’t do it at all. Don’t waste peoples time.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They took my order, even though it was less than 30 minutes before closing. An hour later, I called to check on it, but no one was there, and I was routed to another Domino's. She looked up the order and said the order was cancelled. No call, no text. Very poor management!
This dominos is dirty. I opened the box and cardboard was in the pizza and the lady said it happened when I opened the pizza… meanwhile she opened the pizza and looked at it before it even left the shelf so??????? She said it so nonchalant. I immediately asked for a refund.

Horrible pizza! The quality of the pizza has gone down. Spent almost 50 bucks and my pizza had little to no cheese and was burned. I asked for no garlic sauce which they still put some on it.. and the smart mouth GM Joshua gave me some lame excuse and didn't want to make the pizza over. Never again. I will go to Scarsdale Dominos!

Ordered a free pizza after a long day of work with my hard earned points. Forgot to add toppings on my end, but called to see if they could add it. I was told yes but was lied to. I thought I was feeding myself pizza, but all I got fed were some lies… and a cheese pizza
