Manager and driver are very rude and disrespectful. I had to call the restaurant to get my order redelivered twice and my dessert came smashed in the box which I honestly feel as if the driver tampered with it The manager also hung up in my face mid conversation. The people at this store need to learn manners and how to do business. I will not ever be ordering from this location again.
Took 2hrs to receive order only for it to be cold and the driver went to the wrong address food was incorrectly prepared I need a refund not no discount or free pizza

I've had my order messed up more than once I ordered spinach cheese bread and I get it up with pepperoni cheese bread and they act like they can never find your order a time before that my order got canceled I still haven't got my money back for that got a chunk it up as a

They gave me the wrong order.. I tried calling for a refund and the young man on the phone hung up on me while I was talking and I called again and I was placed on hold this all happened right now…

Ordered a New York style pizza and the brownies and both ended up tasting really good. I've never been to this Domino's before and was cautious because of the reviews but the quality of the food really surprised me.

This location is pretty fast and accurate with your order, which is hard to find. Thanks you Domino's for locations like these. Also thanks to Jason for being polite and what looked like to be a good worker since it was rush hour. Thanks again.

Decided to order delivery for lunch break, so I ordered ahead for 8:30 pm at around 6 pm, did not receive my order until 9:20 well after break, food was already ice cold by the time I received it. Will never order from here again

I ordered delivery because I was busy but when it came it was horrible. So I had to stop what I was doing and take it back and the replacement was still horrible. I quit! I guess it’s time to go back to Pizza Hut.

Very rude customer service!! My delivery tracker kept changing times so I called to inquire. My call was met with an attitude and I was rushed off the phone. Word of advice, if don’t want to work that day, call in sick.

Honestly . I don’t know what , or where the dominos owner is at . With this location. The lack of attention the workers and everyone involved at this specific location . It’s clear with the amount of bad reviews this location needs more of a shutdown than attention. It apparent that the opportunity that this location gives to the workers is not enough. I’m more than upset with the countless orders canceled from this location because e they fail to give detailed attention to instructions. Though I know my review is meaningless to dominoes. Someday it will as it’s getting shut down.

This is the worst experience I ever had. They have a Manager's special written on the black board inside the store that says 2L 2TP for 10.99. They don't honor the sign so instead of you getting the deal. They will charge you 10.99 for each pizza which is false advertisement. They need to give customers what the deals says.That's not right trying to get over on customers. You will be better off going to another location .
Wish I could give less….I’m genuinely frustrated. I’m so disappointed with everything except with the sweet man who was the ONLY delivery person at this location.
I want to start off by saying they are poorly organized when it comes to the deliveries. I don’t believe they have any system on who gets what or what deliveries go where. I watched the app and saw the poor delivery man go from side to the other and back as if the deliveries were set all over the place and in no kind of order. What a waste of gas and time! Don’t they use their own vehicle. All the poor wear and tear. Now enough of me feeling bad for this delivery man… it my turn!
It took over an hour for my food to be delivered!!! Where was the call to let their customer know one they are short handed and it can take up to 1 hour for delivery and at least let us make the decision if we wanted to continue the delivery or if we wanted to pick up!!
Due to the hour long delivery I had hungry children in the house waiting! Also a sister who just had surgery needing some food in her to be able to take her medication. Again a courtesy call would have been nice!! Plus receiving pizza that was cold and dry like it sat out for hours was gross and wrong. If I wanted Little Caesars quality pizza I would have spent 16.00$ not 45.00$ Ewwwwwww just nasty!
Worse of all of you are going to charge for every sauce a customer wants then as least bring it! I even order their cinnamon sugar twists but where was the icing. At least the icing could have saved how stale they were from sitting for so long either that or they served me day old twists…so tough that my 6 year old’s hardly wiggly tooth almost came out from bitting into it!
When calling in to complain and get refunded the things that were missing “their phones were experiencing technical difficulties” and when you press 1 (new order) the rude customer service lady wants to do nothing but transfer you! She had the rudest attitude which makes me even more mad about the whole situation!

(7/3/24) I went to this location after placing an order online at 9:30 PM. I was informed through the app that the pizza would be ready within 10 minutes. I drove to the store to pick up my order. I chose pickup window when I placed my order but after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I noticed that the line was not moving so I went inside for pickup since my order status stated “ready”. Upon arriving to the counter inside, I was informed by the cashier that my order has not made it to the oven yet, and that the manager has been closing the “ready for pick up” orders out for my order and several other orders “ready for pick up” orders to show that customers have picked up their orders. Secondly, upon asking for a receipt with our payment details listed, the customers were informed by the manager that we were not able to receive one. There was not a clear answer as to why not. When placing an order for pizza or whatever through the app, the store “should not” close out the “ready” ticket for the order until the order has been completed and picked up by the customer. This was not the case so therefore several customers were in the lobby with the order status of ready without being able to pick up their order because the order was not started yet. The app is a convenient way to save time. I left the store at 10:20pm, 50 minutes after placing my order. This was the first time that I have had an experience like this at this location. It will definitely make me reconsidering my plans for my future orders.
