Ordered pizza online expected delivery 6:23-6:33pm, arrived at 6:28pm and I can't check in because they haven't even started to make my pizzas, it's going to take another 20 minutes. So I have to wait in the parking lot with my 3 hungry kids, along with 5 other customers, whose pizzas aren't on time either. Aggravating!!!

P/U a pizza @ 19:42, unhappy, the pizza turned out to be doughy, called the store, spore to a CS, that told me that the pizza was too old to be eaten after a couple of hours.I did not know the pizza had an expiration date, like 2 hours." Bring it back to the store, it's 21:14 PM"Then we will remake it for you.Asked to speak to the GM, who had the same nasty attitude, as the CS who answered my call." We did not do anything wrong. "I am a busy man!.Yes you are busy, but you are a very rude GM, and a nasty, disrespectful guy.So terrible, to be treated this way for a lousy pizza.Asking an elderly person to get back behind the wheel, to TAKE THE PIZZA BACK TO THE STORE! AWFUL and UNACCEPTABLE.

I am highly upset I ordered for pick up and it said 40min so I was okay with that since my husband was going to pick it up after work. Literally and hour later my husband gets there and they tell him they haven't even made it yet that it would be 30 more minutes. I had placed this order an hour and 15 min ago and it was just a large pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. The most easiest thing. I am pregnant so you can just imagine how terrible this was for me to hear that I had to cancel my order that I had been craving and waiting for hours.
