1st off , 0 stars. Had no napkins or plates as I asked for .2nd , both pizzas were burnt and husband and I both gaged and I thru up o. Dried out burnt meat on pies. They said that's the way they come out of oven and blk they both were . I asked for New pies, Jonathan Velasco said NO on replacing the 2 pies. They are both inedible and now a waste of $32 on 2 medium pies. They are garbage both pies. Don't order from Domino's Pizza in Houston from 1425 West Grey St or McKinbey St Houston Texas. Bad business They are and Jonathan should not be working for any service company or his soo called manager he says he has . His soo called manager should never manage any company especially dealling with customers. It didnt have the guts to actually get on the phone with me and burnt my 2 pizzas and then left me on hold for 17minutes and then said No he won't replace my 2 burnt pizzas of $32.00. Never Again will we order Domino's pizza from. HOUSTON

The store doesn’t answer their phone and I couldn’t reach the driver. An 8-minute delivery took over 45 minutes after driver left the store. Unfortunately this was the slowest service we’ve had for a simple box of pizza.

Drew is so awesome!!! I never met a person so caring and friendly. Drew is absolutely incredible just for the sake of being a good person! Also, I really love the thin crust!!!

The last couple of times I’ve ordered from this location I’ve gotten the feeling that my pizza wasn’t made to order. Each time my pizza has looked/tasted like it has been sitting under a hot light or something.

Great new spot close to the house.. clean, efficient, and delish! I usually don’t order pizza but when I do… it’s Dominos!

This place is walking distance from Metropolitan Multi-Service Center, where I go for my therapy and this Domino's is also one of the cheaper option for food area the area. It is clean looking on the inside and they where really helpful as I order two large pizzas and it was a bit hard for my to carry them by myself, the worker came up with a plan by put them in two plastic bags so it would be easier for me to hold them and walk back.

I thought I ordered a pizza with toppings but when I got the pizza it was a dry cheese pizza so when I spoke with the on duty it said they did not see it their end I asked if I could get another one it said no then I asked if I could have a hot cheese pizza it said no I asked if I could speak with the general manager since that person was there it refused stating the person would tell me the same thing which is no....extremely bad customer service....I will never give Dominos one penny

Terrible experience. Ordered through the app. Said it was ready 20 min later. Showed up at the store and waited 30 min for my order. Won’t be using dominos again

I’ve ordered from this location about 4 times since we recently moved nearby. Whether pickup or delivery, each time has been an absolute disaster. Wrong items, delivery times over 1.5 hours, and today coming for pickup and it’s been an hour already when it said it would be 8 minutes. I’ve always had good experiences with other locations, so not sure what’s going on with this one.
