How are you guys “quality checking” the pizza as your tracker claims? Are you tasting the pizza? Do you cut a slice out and then close it back up?

I’ve ordered from this location about 4 times since we recently moved nearby. Whether pickup or delivery, each time has been an absolute disaster. Wrong items, delivery times over 1.5 hours, and today coming for pickup and it’s been an hour already when it said it would be 8 minutes. I’ve always had good experiences with other locations, so not sure what’s going on with this one.

Pizza was fine and dandy. But the delivery driver, Michael wasn’t good at his customer service. Michael was the one who delivered my order but called with an attitude because he was stuck behind the train tracks and wanted me to meet him where he was. He didn’t want to come to the office(I work at a business) and wanted me to meet him where he was at. He was on the total opposite side of the facility from where the office is. Then a moment after he called, the train moved and it took Michael nothing but ONE SECOND to drive to the office, where it would’ve taken me 5 minutes to walk where he was. I gave michael a good tip, and had attitude when he pulled in to deliver the pizza. I will call to speak with management in regards to his attitude. He should NOT be working in a customer base place where he gets irritated over waiting at a train for a few minutes and wants to give attitude to the person who is paying him to have a job. He is lazy and it seems like he doesn’t want to do his job. Sucks their phone lines are down right now. Otherwise I’d give them a call. But a review will do for now. Will call and complain to them in regards to Michael and hopefully he will be able to go elsewhere because no one should deal with a grumpy old man like him. If I could give a negative review on his customer service I would.

I just took a Dominos pizza gift card to buy dinner. They kept me there 10 minutes telling me that I had no money on the gift card. I got outside and the card had it's full balance. This Domino's manager has another agenda obviously! Look at all the recent reviews. 1 star. Putting someone who couldn't pass a proficiency test. Inept and uneducated this was a mistake..
I preordered pizza to be delivered to an elementary school for 11am. The order has still not arrived. The pizza is for my daughters pizza party. I scheduled and paid for this an hour in advance. I called and they told me they had a lot of orders. I don’t understand why I am not notified if you’re going to be 30 min late. They only have a 30 min lunch break. I spoke to the manager and she was no assistance. She told me they only had one driver. My daughters school is literally 5 min away. You can look at the map and see how close it is. If you left at 10:56. How are you getting to her school after 11:30am? I googled the closest location and they still managed to drop the ball. Celine Elliot, the manager, couldn’t give me any information to contact corporate about my poor experience. She didn’t show any empathy towards my situation. She didn’t offer any form of compensation and just asked if I still wanted the pizzas delivered. Of course a classroom of 5 years want the pizza. They have been hungry for over half an hour and won’t even have time to even enjoy the pizza. I see why Dominoes is offering 50% off right now. They have to try and give away pizzas bc of their poor hiring choices. I should have ordered from Pizza Hut like I normally do.

The people that work here are RUDE. I ordered a pizza on 5/8/2024 and at the time was unavailable to get the order(my boyfriend was home) upon arrival the delivery driver calls and proceeds to say “why didn’t you put the code in the app?!” Very aggressively and then hung up in my face. He then threw receipts with my credit card and full name on in the grass of my apartment complex. When I call to speak to the manager the assistant manager answers and simply says “file a police report my driver is saying something g different” I am not one to complain but this was ridiculous. I’m never going here again.

The pizza is usually out of this world but I've had a couple that weren't so great they were better than next day I don't like to sink my teeth into mushy Pizza. The staff is always very nice and caring. You can't beat their prices. I always get the specialty pizza and take off what I don't want . They've never gotten that wrong. .

We love this Dominos! Fast, fresh and always made right. The app makes it so easy to order and pay, then simply walk in and pick it up. We have not tried delivery. The hand tossed and the thin crust are both really tasty. Highly recommend!
