I have tried to place an order 3 times at this store since I moved to this area. Every time I have received a message saying they have technical difficulties. It's not my payment method since I've tried 2 different credit cards and my debit card. I called the store the 1st two times, and neither time were they able to deliver, claiming technical difficulties. Three strikes, and hello Pizza Hut.

I understand that it is New Year’s Eve and it is busy, but I can’t believe that I got ignored by two different employees. The app said my order was ready, but I arrived to the store and it was still in the oven. I see as they take it out of the oven and they say the name of the order out loud, and so I tell them that’s my order and I’m here. They ignore me and put it on the shelf. There’s no one by the counter, so I try talking to two different employees and one blew me off saying it wasn’t ready and the other straight up ignored me. I finally get a third employee to help me, and I have now gotten home and see that my pizza is missing the garlic seasoning on it. I could forgive most of it as it’s a busy time of year, but I don’t think employees should ignore customers, they could at least acknowledge us and let us know they’ll be with us soon.

I placed the order at 8:11 and said estimated delivery time was 18-29 minutes. The app showed that Patrick left the store at 9:05 and at 9:20 it said the delivery was complete but I never received my order. I was given no notice about the increased wait time or (apparently) canceled order. When I called the location twice there was no response and was on hold for 30 minutes. I won't be ordering from this location again.

my local dominos, super chill spot, the people in there always on it. a solid domino's experience. It'd be cool if they jammed some jams! but you know, maybe that quiet ambiance is what they're after.

Bad attitudes. You guys should train on speaking to customers when they walk in and you’re busy. It’s ok to say , I’ll be right with you. Then they don’t give you all your change back. They wouldn’t dare let me come in there a $1 short. I guess they don’t trust the workers with the registers. Had to wait til someone come to the front and give this guy assistance on taking my money. Then he took forever. I believe my food could’ve been cooked longer .

The pizza was nasty as hell looked like it was sitting all day.The boneless Parmesan wings was suppose to be wet but they was dry and old. I haven’t been there in months because they messed up my order the last time. And I warned my daughter before she said she was bringing it home not to go to this location. Waste of money. And it won’t let me upload a picture of it.

One of the worse Domino's in Houston!! I ordered my pizza delivery at 9am to be delivered for 1:15pm at my job and didn't receive it until after 2:30pm. My lunch was over and I never was able to eat!! This is very disheartening and unsatisfactory!! What's the point of being able to put in the time you want your delivery for if you're not going to get it nowhere near the expected time. Domino's you have to do better!!
