I ordered delivery and when my pizza arrived it was just a bunch of pieces of pizza thrown into the box and it was cold. I put the pieces together and it wasnt even a full pizza. My garlic knots were also undercooked. This was terrible service!

They charged me for my food then decided to tell me it was going to be an hour for delivery I told them I would go pick it up then they cancelled my order and the then told me I had to wait to get my money back and had to pay again, when I drove there I asked to speak to the manager about notifying the customer about the wait if it's longer than usual (it was an hour wait) then manager then says "you should of asked like it's my responsibility to ask, not only did she try to make me feel lile it was my fault because I didn't ask for the wait time, she started giving me excuses as to why I wasn't told how long the wait time was gonna be, very unprofessional not fit for management you should complain to a customer about your day. This place needs some high impact coaching on how to run an establishment.

Do not order here they will take ur debit info then say u never ordered with them!! Person who answered sounded drunk and I was concerned should have known. Don’t call the number on site or order delivery idk who I have my info to I called at store phone rang they still said they didn’t take my order my debit says dominos ridiculous!

When I called about my delivery order status the manager in charge was so rude. I live less than a mile away from the store and they told me they wouldn’t deliver to my door. He argued with me about my location as if I didn’t know where I lived. They told me to go to the gas station and meet the driver. I didn’t want to take my child out that time of night but I did. I went and called about my status, they canceled my order. And when I called to see why they continued to hang up on me. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired immediately!
