I ordered 2 pizzas, hot wings, and a Mac and cheese bowl from here on October 6th and they only delivered the pizzas. When called, the staff said they would redeliver the missing Mac and cheese bowl and hot wings but they never did nor did I receive a refund. I do not recommend ordering from this location. 0/10

This location is so hit and miss. Sometimes my order is beyond perfect and then there are other times like this when you order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and there's literally a single piece of chicken on the entire. I don't know what makes the difference but I swear I'm tired of throwing money away. Just when I want to give up on them the knock it out of the park, then I order again and this happens.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, there are very few places open, ready to serve their local area...but, we are grateful that Russell and his team (Charles doing deliveries) are going above and beyond. Not only are they open, they proved that they are willing to do their best to provide quality customer service. Thank you everyone at this location for all you're doing during these stressful days...especially when it's hot, when a lot of other businesses are without power and unable to serve our local area. The store was rude. I selected carry out for my order, upon my arrival I see that the door was locked up. I walked around to the window and it was open. I seen a worker (EDDY) was standing there with AirPods in. I said excuse me, 4 times on the 5th time I was a little louder but not ruder. He snatches his AirPods out and says “what? What do you want?” I said excuse me, that’s not how you talk to a guest. You can simply ask “how may I help you?” He proceeds to say “this is a drive thru” I told him i understand but I selected “carry out, so I was confused”. I asked for a manager, the supervisor was just as rude as the worker. I was upset, the supervisor never asked “what happened”, the worker tried to apologize and I told him not to talk to me and the supervisor proceeded to say “he’s a human being”. I told him “I wanted to speak to his boss. Never is it okay for a customer to get ignored because the worker is wearing AirPods” I will never go back to that domino’s and If I could give it a 0 stars I would.
