Delivered a incomplete order, Manji"Manager", told me the driver would bring it right back...never received it....Basically screwed me out of $1.26......a reply 6 years later, must have took 6 years of stealing peoples money to come up with a 20% discount.....

If I could give 0 I would, I received my order with poor quality, not like other times that has been acceptable. I called and the girl who answered the phone was arrogant and rude and tried to blame the delivery man, addressing him as the Cuban man who bleeds orders, it wasn't that! It was the fault of whoever made it since it was not even well cut and it came stuck to the paper of the box, without the ingredients that I ordered as they should be. Anyway, I will not buy there again because of that girl's arrogance and for not solving her mistakes as they should and blaming innocent people who have no responsibility when it comes to assembling and baking. I hope the store does not hold the delivery man responsible since he did his job and had nothing to do with the poor quality of my order. Thank you

I have only ordered carry out so i can’t speak to their delivery service. Anytime i order a thin crust pizza i request that they take it out of the oven a little early so it doesn’t burn and my request has always been granted and if i ever felt like my pizza was burnt or didn’t have enough cheese, they had no problem remaking it. That is great customer service!

For those of y’all that complain and write bad reviews, just remember it’s Domino’s! They always got you when you need it haha. And if they make a mistake they will make it right. Just be nice to people, especially when they prepare your food.I love dominos! Yummy pizza, delivers when I’m being a lazy potato, and prices are great too especially with the online coupons. I always get free pizzas with the rewards too.Pro tip: put pizza in the air fryer for reheating and you’ll thank me later (;

Wasted Ute
I ordered delivery from this Domino's, my regular pizza place. I spent over $40 for a large pizza and 2-liter Coke. It was delivered by Meseret, female driver. She handed me the pizza box and it felt heavy on one side. I already knew what I was going to find when I got inside.I put the 2 liter down and opened the pizza box. My pizza was crumpled up all to one side. I suspect the driver had my pizza sitting alone on the car seat and she made an abrupt stop, sending the box sliding off the seat and onto the car's floorboards.This is the first time this has happened. I was starving and don't like to waste food so I just ate it. I did take a picture of it inside the box. Impossible to grab a single slice. It was eaten by the handful. I just grabbed chunks of it. Messy.

We stopped there after an HCU game. The service was nowhere near our usual location. They were busy, and didn't even acknowledge customers who walked in to pick up. They assumed we needed to place orders instead of asking. We had to yell out our names for them to acknowledge us. The wait is understandable if you are busy, but walking past customers w/o saying anything is unacceptable.
