I would love to place orders at this location because it is the one 4 minutes from my house but the app always tells me that this location does not accept online orders.

If I could give them a 0 I would, this was my first time ordering from this location I never had any problems before. I got an ordered delivered very late it was very dark once I got the pizza I noticed a bug on the box when I went to sit the boxes in the kitchen and I want to clarify it was not inside the box it was on top but I no longer wanted the food. When I called to talk about the issue the man was very rude basically tried to say I was lien and I should have seen it when I first grabbed over four boxes. Keep in mind this was a delivery so of course I couldn’t take it back. He refused to give me any compensation for this issues so I was just out of my money. Even if I could take it back, it wasn’t even offered he flat out told me my story don’t add up which is very unprofessional I don’t have no reason to lie. I do have the person name I spoke to but I rather not disclose it publicly I will if Dominos reach out because the customer service was just not there. Off this one experience I most likely wouldn’t order again!

I always pick up my orders, they have been accurate, hot, and tasty.
I order on line after waiting 45 to and hours I received a text about my order being canceled... order should be cancel within 10minutes ... I normally order from another domino's and the delivery guys name is Tyler...everytime I order from this place your guy are unprofessional and rude ... do better... don't worry I WILL order from the other Dominio...

Worst place ever! Do not choose hot spot because the drivers do not know how to use gps. I order over $64 in pizzas and they failed to deliver, waited more than 30min and had to call and cancel. They did not even wanted to do something else to try to deliver the pizza at a near place or other spot.

we had dominos jalapeño pepperoni pizas and pepperoni pizzas at our gender reveal i love dominos pizza so it was perfect for our party so yes wife and i are having a boy yes babyboy on the way …… pizza again for our baby shower

I placed an order for delivery to then be notified it was cancelled. Called the store and was told they don’t deliver to my address. I ordered on the 31st of last month from this location. I will call back every day until I am met with an apology and a resolution to this nonsense. I know they’re not canceling over a tip!
