Called the store, heard someone pick up the phone because the hold message stopped. They said nothing, then put me back on hold for around 15 minutes. Then picked up again and hung up on me. After that, tried to order on the app. The restaurant denied my order 3 times in a row. Uninstalled the dominos app and will never give this business my money again. I wish you could give zero stars, because one star is much more than dominos deserves.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Domino’s on Briar Forest instead. The staff at this location is awful. They literally dropped my pizza and did not apologize. The only thing they said was that it would be another 20 minutes. No accountability and no professionalism. Complete waste of time

I was originally going to do a review about waiting an hr for pasta and bread bites and a soda. Yes, it took an hr but the food was hot n fresh. The driver forgot my soda after delivery and came back and dropped off the soda. Great service

The experience I just had with the people, mainly the manager at this location was really terrible. I ordered delivery. The food was left outside my door without any notice given. The food was outside for over 30 minutes. During this time it was outside, I had been trying to contact the location because I noticed it was marked delivered. I literally knew it was outside because I was headed to the store to resolve my issue since I was gettin nowhere with the phone. I called this place 3 or 4 times and was left on hold before I could even get a word in. When I finally did get thru and asked for the manager, a girl got on the phone rudely never gave her name never asked mine all she said was what’s the address for the order then placed me on hold without saying anything. I’m steady saying hello hello because I don’t hear anything and after a few minutes she finally came back on the line to say my driver said he tried to knock on the door. First off how does someone “try” to knock on a door?! My place is super quiet being that is 10 o’clock at night I’m sure I would have heard a knock, not to mention there’s a doorbell out there as well. The manager never cared for what I had to say or resolve my issue. She proceeded to hanging up the phone in my face. This is a manager for your establishment? It’s concerning. I didn’t even bother to call back because it’s pointless when I just had a taste of what I was facing and it’s not worth it. To be left hungry and with no resolution is real crazy.

The delivery driver stole our Uber Eats order here. Had my ring app on the whole time not to miss the order. Order showed as complete but the food never showed up. Called the store and they said the driver told them that he/she saw me grab the order.
Don't let your orders get stolen too. Get your food from an honest business.
