I’d like to thank the person who fixed my order I received my first order with pork I do not eat pork my order said no bacon no ham but I got a pizza with ham in it but the gentleman said he would send me another pizza to fix the mistake and I appreciate that so much and wanted to write a review for great customer service. Thank you for making things right.

I decided to order a customized Hawaiian Pizza, minus the ham and sweet peppers, and replace it with grilled chicken and Jalapeno. I had to repeat myself like 3 to 5 times, before the employee understood what my order was and then he told me I'll have to wait for about 20 minutes which I agreed, unfortunately I ended up waiting for almost 1 hour. When I came to received my pizza, the person who took my ordered was dealing with other people's order and completely ignored me, I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone to actually give me my pizza, so when I finally received my pizza and left, I checked the pizza to see if he got the order right, unfortunately there was only Jalapeno and Pineapple on my pizza, no grilled chicken present and I was still charged the amount for the 3 toppings. I drove back to the domino's pizza joint, to return the pizza, again I have to wait 5 minutes to speak with an employee. When one of the employees finally attended to me, I pointed at her colleague who was at the time making other people's pizza and told her that he got my ordered wrong, she immediately gave me an attitude and responded by saying that he is making the pizza, so he isn't the one responsible, I quickly responded, correcting her saying that he was also the one who took my order, so I have every right to blame him. She angrily took the pizza and went to the back and once again I waited another 5 minutes or more before she cancelled the order for me to get my refund. Horrible Service at the joint, not so friendly staff, everyone seems uptight. They will never see my face there again.

Very bad custmer service, I had to wait 20 minutes only for 16 pieces of Parmesan Bread and at the end I had to cancel it because they were taking too long. Not enough workers. What a waste of time, don't come if you are hungry.

I'm writing this review at the end of the week. On Monday, I called this store to place an order for my overnight team at work. The person I spoke with said that they were the only person at the store at the time and that they would be there when someone came to pay for the order. Not sure why the person was not there, but the person that was there had a hard time finding the order in the system. And to my understanding when the order was delivered, we didn't get everything that I ordered. I had left work for the day, so I couldn't check it.

Worst customer service. Don't bother with Curbside delivery, Manager should just take down the huge Curbside delivery sign on the window. Waited 10 minutes in my car, with blinkers on, no Curbside delivery. Went inside store, waited another 5 minutes to be acknowledged, before picking up order. Staff said they're too busy to do Curbside delivery. That's why they don't have the 2 minute guarantee anymore...
