Literally the worst pizza on the planet and the worst service. Sent a clearly wrong order. Called and sat on hold, hung up on twice because they don’t know how to work the hold. Then the GM gets on and tells me he’ll send me a new pizza in 3 hours and I’ll need to give him back the pizza that was wrong. 3 hours?? You screwed this up? Never again.

I ordered a veggie nys pizza and got a meat lovers cracker pizza. Couldn't eat it and have tried calling for hours and no one answers the phone. I will take this to corporate in 48 hours if I do not get a reply.
You definitely know something happened because I'm sure someone else was furious for ordering a meat lovers cracker pizza and getting a veggie pizza.
I have proof and photos. I still have a piece of the pizza right here.

I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the management etc because I don't want to be a Karen so please give me a call. I am disabled and its hard for me to go to the store.

This establishment's customer service was incredibly disappointing. Despite marking my order as complete, the pizza preparation had not even commenced. Furthermore, when I contacted them about this issue, they failed to offer any credit or compensation. Such negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise seeking alternative options for your dining needs.

The worst Domino's pizza I have ever been to, I ordered a pizza that cost 16 dollars Hand Made and they gave me a 6 dollar one because the person who received my order did not pay attention.

Rude counter old guy with flamboyant Pidgeotto haircut wanted me to say my name twice, his goofy ahh got his double tripled. The Aaron tubby guy was also rude, turned my garlic upside down and probably spit on my order because there was a small spot on the pizza that tasted bad for some reason. Papa John's better.

I literally placed an order after being hung up on twice. Took my payment realized i didn’t give my apartment number. Called backed and they said that I had not ordered. That’s when they told me ; they had my old address from an older apartment. I’m like , I just gave you the new address. He cancelled the order because he couldn’t accept he had the wrong address. So , where were you gonna deliverer the pizza? Corporate needs to know what going on at Bingle Dominos‼️‼️✅

Dominoes needs to take a serious look at its ingredients...the crust felt good to eat but flavor was bland and flour not a good sensation. My body kept sending me message that I ate something fun but not healthy or edible. Threw away half of pizza because I don't want to feel that way. I usually eat at Papa John's, no pizza feels like I ate healthy food but Papa Johns tastes and feels way better.
