I called the shop; they put me on hold , as I hold, I drive to the shop. When I arrive female team member is very nice, takes my order ( I am still on hold) ; after order is placed I put the phone on speaker , she realizes I am the customer on hold (20min on how by now). She looks at the phone and I look at her she knows I know it was her. I purposely turn my back and as I turn she hangs up. When asked why she hung up , without answer decides she needs to get ready to leave, I asked her why ? She says it was not her. I look around there are 6 to 9 team members and there is only one female. Responsibility; accountability is something you practice and live by to raise your community. Who is running your business when you are sleeping? No ownership ; I guess I can’t blame her if she feels under valued; under paid but it is no excuse not to keep working. Do you want a warm body or do you want a willing individual that puts there best no matter what the situation is? Call me I have 10 people that would die for that job. Ask her she will remember me ; ask the team members. I told her I know the owner.

Took 1 hour+ to deliver one simple pizza. At 50 min in to make multiple calls to no response
I ordered a pizza with 7 toppings including extra peperoni and extra cheese didnt even see any cheese there. got the curb side delivery they didnt even bother, the pizza was sitting there for like 10 minutes i had to go inside to get it even after i left a extra tip for taking it to my car. Out of those 7 topping i just saw 4

There was a thunderstorm so the wait was really, really long. The pizza was cold and overcooked. THIS time, I was very disappointed.

- It’s been months they say their bell doesn’t work for when you tap “I’m here” for carside to notify them you’re there.
- As usual was forced to call by phone to get their attention.
- Associate said “you didn’t have your emergency lights on.” Yes, I told them I did & just turned them off literally on the phone call when they confirmed my car.
Not my problem if you don’t pay attention.
- Pizza was not square cut. It was cut pie style, and that, too, 4 pieces were not at all even cut.

Luis and Carl were outstanding representatives for Dominoe’s. Both individuals were friendly and prompt. Gave me exactly what I asked for and were extremely attentive to all customers. I enjoyed this location.

My fav gluten-free pizza from a chain. This location is good, and my pizza is always made correctly and warm/hot when I pick it up. Have not had issues here.

The last time I ordered here it was missing a topping that I paid extra for. Gave them a 2nd try due to convenience but this time my “extra cheese” pizza was missing cheese. I showed them the pizza they gave me that was missing cheese on top and the guy told me that the cheese was underneath lol which of course there was no cheese underneath those dry slices of pizza. Do better.

Waited over an hour and a half for the order. Dominos has gone downhill. Just stock your fridge with frozen pizzas lol

Ordering system is a joke. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 22 minutes. Arrived at the store only to discover it would be 30 more minutes. That’s RIDICULOUS!
