My fav gluten-free pizza from a chain. This location is good, and my pizza is always made correctly and warm/hot when I pick it up. Have not had issues here.

The last time I ordered here it was missing a topping that I paid extra for. Gave them a 2nd try due to convenience but this time my “extra cheese” pizza was missing cheese. I showed them the pizza they gave me that was missing cheese on top and the guy told me that the cheese was underneath lol which of course there was no cheese underneath those dry slices of pizza. Do better.

Ordering system is a joke. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 22 minutes. Arrived at the store only to discover it would be 30 more minutes. That’s RIDICULOUS!

Don't really cut pizza in square when resquest it or add extra cheese. Basically specification aren't fulfilled so don't expect that, just a plain pizza. -Brian F.

Literally the worst pizza on the planet and the worst service. Sent a clearly wrong order. Called and sat on hold, hung up on twice because they don’t know how to work the hold. Then the GM gets on and tells me he’ll send me a new pizza in 3 hours and I’ll need to give him back the pizza that was wrong. 3 hours?? You screwed this up? Never again.

I ordered a veggie nys pizza and got a meat lovers cracker pizza. Couldn't eat it and have tried calling for hours and no one answers the phone. I will take this to corporate in 48 hours if I do not get a reply.
You definitely know something happened because I'm sure someone else was furious for ordering a meat lovers cracker pizza and getting a veggie pizza.
I have proof and photos. I still have a piece of the pizza right here.

I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the management etc because I don't want to be a Karen so please give me a call. I am disabled and its hard for me to go to the store.

Everyone makes mistakes and that's perfectly fine but let's have some accountability to and make it right by delivering the pizza I ordered or a refund.
