I order from you guys like I do quite often. Most times multiple times a week and this has never been my experience. The delivery time from the specific location is regularly great! Even fast! However, this time was a little different and we gave them grace and called at 9:19 and was assured it would be on the way. 40 more mins go by and then I call again 10:24 and this is when I encounter Hector! Hector, was very dismissive, rude and argumentative. His only goal was to get me to understand the pizza was delivered. And the disconnect was coming in when I would tell him, well we do not have it. Regardless, If it’s saying delivered on your side or not; I am verbally expresssing to you I do not have the pizza. I order from this location, using this address regularly this never happened. After aggressively stating his point through my frustration, he told me my pizza would be delivered and needless to say after three calls no pizza. Very unfortunate.

I arrived at this place at 3:55 pm and my pizza was to be picked up on the board it said to wait 40 minutes I was waiting outside for 30 and I went in to see the screen again and it still said on the screen 30 months wait outside and when I came back to A guy came in and told me that my order had about 30 more minutes left. I told him I already have about 30 minutes waiting, so he started to tell me to cancel it if I wanted, and I told him that I wasn't going to cancel it, but He insisted that I cancel my entire order, I told him that I was going to continue waiting, I left and then my husband came in to ask and this video happened, since they don't have enough staff, this happens and they still get angry because we tell them to be cleaner with the food they are preparing, there is no one there to direct any health issues, the manager is an inexperienced girl incapable of telling her employees to follow the health rules in the kitchen, that boy was preparing the pizzas with chains in his hand and ringing the phone. and the computers with the same people who prepare pizzas without washing their hands, everyone got furious when my husband told them how dirty they were. We are both cooks and we know the rules of health in the kitchen, but there was just a young boy who didn't care. interested in doing their job well, they should be a little more aware that they are feeding many people but the sense of responsibility in the work has been lost.

Waited for an hour for pizza. Driver calls and said he had wrong address. Then takes even longer. Calls to say he’s outside. When I went to get pizza. He stopped answering. I called dominoes. They said “OH, we canceled your order” no respect for anyone’s time! No clue how this place has any stars. Maybe hire functional Adults and ppl who don’t do drugs..the only reason why I didn’t go with Chicago pizza is because they no longer do delivery.

Food is great…just don’t like the fact that workers handle money,then go straight to preparing pizzas without washing their hands /lack of wearing gloves…I asked the one of the managers why don’t they atleast have hand sanitizer,his response was “why?”..

The truth is that I am disappointed that a chain like Domino's is delivering burnt and overcooked food and the attention of the person delivering the food is quite ugly, he literally almost doesn't throw salt on it.

The manager(Fat white guy) has the worst attitude of any location I've been to. This location is one I won't be going back to. They got my order wrong then had a nasty attitude about it plus the manager tried to hide his identity(Coward). You certainly will be highlighted in my call to your corporate office.

Had an order delivered and left outside of my gate, which was not in my instructions. Called to have the order redone or refunded and they refused to do either or. Never had such a terrible experience with a Domino's before. Unprofessional, unhelpful and terrible business ethic.
I went to this point to buy pizza and it seemed very dirty to see that the driver employees come in from the street and handle products to package and then take to customers and they don't wash their hands to do that. It is not neat, that moment of handling food was very unpleasant.
