My food was delivered to the wrong place. They did call to try and find me but the line dropped I'm assuming. I called back twice before I reached someone and they were rude rude rude. My main concern was the delivery driver but the store manager seemed to take this as a personal attack and was very unprofessional. I will not be back to this dominoes location EVER AGAIN.

This dominos is legit. When my pizza monster wife (I say that with love) gets a hankering, this place is our go to. Everything is always delicious and made the way it's supposed to be. The area isn't the best, but this is a great Domino's.

After never receiving my order after over an hour I called the store. I was told by the āmanagerā that it would be another hour for the driver to return and I would get my order remade. I rejected and he said he would process my refund. After over 2 weeks I havenāt received a refund, I tried reaching out to corporate to no avail. I called today and the closing manager Fernando Alvarez fixed my problem by just adding what I paid for on my account. I never asked for anything for free, only what I paid for. I write this review to highlight the incompetence of corporate and upper management. Most importantly in hopes that this young manās quick action and determination for customer service get noticed.
