ordered on the 13th delivery, so gross they had to send the driver back to get it- said I would get refunded or called my a manager to let me know when the refund is being processed, well I’m still waiting and whenever I call the store- nobody wanna answer the phone even after 12 minutes. the pizza was so bad it made me nauseous to try to eat it- half the toppings were missing, cold, thin af crust like cardboard and the cheese was like melted plastic

Good afternoon. I placed a order the night of 11/9/23 around the hours of 8pm. I received my confirmation email letting me know my order was in the process of being made.30-45 later I received another email as well as notification on th app my order was complete . I arrived to the and used the app to place my vehicle information in so my order could be brought out. After waiting more than 20 minutes in the rain I decided to go inside th location where I was met with poor customer service and hostility from the on duty manager. I showed my proof through the app to the manager that I had placed and order and per the app I was instructed to wait in my car with my hazards on so my order can come out to the correct vehicle. The manager rudely told me that she seen my order and was not going to make the pizza unless I can show her a receipt showing I had brought a pizza from the location withingl the last week. I told her I would not have a receipt from within the last week because I don't eat dominos on a weekly basis. Her final reply was , well I guess you wont be getting your order and walked off. I have left a complaint with the corporate bot but I have yet to hear anything. This is unacceptable and if I dont get any kind of assistance soon I pla. On Taking this higher.

ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, there was only 4 little pieces of chicken, barely any ranch , & sandwich was burnt , just horrible
