I ordered food here at 8PM. Its 10 Im still waiting! Ive called 20 times! Waited on hold for over an hour! Whats the point of having a phone if they dont use it! The first time I ordered food they never brought it to me and cancelled! They said they brought it to another door and that person said it wasnt there food! Obviously its not their food! Why would you go to the wrong door?! Find the correct door! You couldn’t find the correct door so you gave up and cancelled?! Makes no sense! Overall they couldn’t find the correct apartment door and tried to give it to a random and they didnt want it so they cancelled. The delivery drivers job is to deliver to the correct address. Find the right address! Now im waiting for round too while still otp on hold at 10PM SINCE 8PM! I SEE WHY YALL HAVE A 3 STAR! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! This shouldn’t be that hard! Get a new delivery driver because he can’t find addresses. Its not hard to go to an apartment and keep looking for the correct door number. You dont just cancel an order. Very veryyy agitated with Dominos. ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH YALL!

EVERYTHING pertaining this Buffalo Chicken sandwich was so upsetting . only requested NO ONIONS , just to receive it as shown ( 2 pieces of chicken ) on 1 half , NOT to mention the other half was just bread Domino's ? .. unsure if it was a long day for the cooks or just poor customer service

Disgusting pie. Not fresh ingredients, “robust” sauce - laughable. dominos is the worst chain for a reason. Only positive was order was right.Just regret trying to save a little money and try it once. Not worth it — at all.

Altho ordering has to be done pretty much online in order to get decent prices the employees are nice and helpful, I went very late at night and the took care of me, the pizza was decent, could have used a little bit more ingredients on one of the two pizzas I ordered but overall was good.

They don’t were gloves he was working with hand and touching everything and making pitza that’s dirty and not working professionally he didn’t know the dear for pitza I don’t recommend this
Maybe it’s my luck but at this location the pepperoni pizza has like 5 pepperonis, overcooked and the cheese pizza has very little cheese. I was avoiding the one at Eldridge and Spencer road (FM529) because parking sucks and there is always wait but I went back there and the pizza is so much better there.

Omg u ordered my food online. My husband and I arrived early and parked out front. While sitting and waiting I am watching the employees inside. One guy comes out with Pizzas in his hand assisting a customer to the car. I observed his shirt was backwards. But I think that man has been working hard today ?. Then I continue to look in the window the guy that picture is posted with this takes his hat off scratches his head over the board when Pizzas go after coming out the oven. I make a noise and my husband asked what's wrong. I tell him what just happened. We both stare into the window the same guy wiped his nose with his hand. Not once but twice. NOOOOOOO!!!!! At that point I proceeded into the building because at this point I WILL NOT BE EATING ANYTHING OUT OF THIS PLACE AND I ALSO WANT A REFUND. I go inside and ask for refund and the young man at the counter never asked why just said o I haven't even started your pizza. I asked for proof my order was canceled he told me he couldn't give me anything. I took a picture of the piece of paper. After getting in the vehicle I received a email regarding my canceled order. He could have said I would receive a email. I'm so annoyed right now and I will still be calling corporate. This is so unsanitary. I'm disgusted at what I seen tonight. Please inform your employees on how sanitation works in your work place.

I placed a delivery order at 11:21, it went through and then my order was cancelled and when I called to ask why, he said he called me three times to let me know they only have one driver. I literally got not one call at all. Just a cancellation. Not sure why they are still accepting online orders instead of just stopping online orders at a certain time. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza at 10:22pm. I received a confirmation stating that it would be ready 18-28minutes. Never showed, I called at 11:10 and they said the pizza was sitting on The heating rack and they would be another 15-20 minutes bc of the driver. They didn’t offer anything except cancellation. I cancelled. I’m really disappointed in the whole experience.
