Came into this store for everyone to just stare at me or ignore me, I asked if I could pick up my order, finally after waiting about 5 min, no one even acknowledged me. The grown men didn’t correct the teenage staff . Whenever you walk into an establishment, especially when when you’re spending money, I think it’s only right that you’re acknowledged with the hello or welcome to. Then, when it was time for me to get my pizza, he left it on the counter, walked off and said there you go. Won’t be coming back I’d rather go to the one on Cypress North Houston

I dont want to leave any stars but thats not a option. I placed my order over an hr ago, and I go to track it and the tracker isnt working. I figured their busy on a friday night, so I wait a little bit longer. I end up calling and I had to call 3 times before getting to someone. The worker answers the phone , I let him know the tracker isnt working and im waiting for my food. He says it was a delivered an hr ago, I said the instructions says to hand deliver it to me at the door. He then says the comment says call if the gate isnt open. I said I didnt receive a call or my food. He tells me to hold on , and I get an email saying my order was canceled. He hung up the phone with out coming back to the phone, didnt offer an apology or any other options. This is ridiculous and not how a business should be ran. I called back 3 more times to get ahold of someone, and they just let it ring .

This review is for Domino's Pizza on Jones road store number 6736. Bruce the manager what is an awesome and dedicated professional manager he reached out to me on a order that I placed and he went above and beyond the Call of duty to please me and I want to thank him thank the guy who took my order who delivered the pizza and the young lady who works there who answered the phone when I called to ask for the manager if I can give you guys more than five stars I would give you $10 so here's to 10 keep up the good work and I'm so happy to be a customer of your establishment 😁👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Second time ordering front here and they delivered our order to the wrong place, whilst the houses clearly state the numbers on the outside if you look for the numbers. They said to give them 20 minutes and still didn't deliver the order. We waited almost two hours total and still have hungry kiddos. The first time was also a subpar experience. I don't remember what happened but after speaking with the manager I said I wouldn't order from them again but I did. I'm definitely serious about it this time.
...my partner just got the order but I actually canceled it 40 minutes ago.

The Mgr, Caitlin, and the rest of her team are awesome! I had placed an order with my card for almost $40 having just $56 on it. They had to cancel my dinner order due to store closing due to a water issue. I was going to have to wait 1-2 business days to get my money back and was going to be without dinner for the night. Caitlin went ahead and had my order completed and delivered anyways! That in itself made my night as she didn't have to! Caitlin, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making sure that myself and the others in my house got to eat tonight! You're an awesome Mgr and should be recognized as such! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! Its gonna either be cold or the completely wrong order trust me.I live a mile a way and it took 2hrs and a bunch of lies from the store just to get a cold pepperoni pizza definitely done with dominoes.

Never delivered my order I ordered again last night. It took an hour and half to get my order. Called twice to cancel but of course they never answered. Then when the delivery person got here she tried to blame cops in the parking lot for taking an hour and half to get here. I live 2 miles from this store

I’d give zero stars if I could. This location is a waste of money and a complete time suck, not to mention that whoever answered the phone THIS time lied to us, saying that the tracker wasn’t correct, and that our order would get here hot. The order (when we got it a hour and a half later) was cold, wrong, and the marinara dip that we had ordered literally had only a smattering of cheese sprinkled into a sad little aluminum container.
The last time we ordered from them, we had the same issue, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I had to drive over there at 9:00 pm, just to be told that they were slow because of the pay per view UFC fight. Said they’d refund us, and they didn’t.

Terrible customer service the delivery estimate is not even accurate, they work very slow and it takes forever. Then you call to ask about your order and they have a looped audio talking and they just leave you on hold the entire time and dont even answer the phone. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
