Wyatt is amazing . Although his team he has tonight was bad he is awesome. He is well Mannerd and put together, the owner needs to give him a raise to be honest . Whilst his staff was rude and clueless he was informative and nice .

They actually have good pizzas here but unfortunately they mess up as every restaurant does, I called them about an order they messed up on and wasn’t cooked properly but as I got on the phone with them she immediately hung up on me as I was talking to her. Then I called back and immediately hung up on me even before I could say anything. Just disappointing as a big chain like this hires people to work for them that have no training much less ethics and instead of even responding they rather hang up. Just horrible and disappointing needless to say that person should be fired.

Domino's I saw you guys were going to deliver so I walked to the door to wait for you guys but I didn't see anyone or any pizzas and I don't know why you told me it was delivered but I didn't receive anything
If you want to give them free money, order their pizza because no one will deliver you pizza even if it’s only 1.1 km and you tip them.

My delivery order completely wrong and also missing my drink because of a website glitch the driver said. I gave the pizzas back to the driver, he said he’d get it fixed and return. Never did. I called the store several times over the next 2 hours. Obviously had to order from a different company after waiting the 2 hrs but the local store never answered and never showed up with pizzas. It seems this store has had several Of these complaints over the last several months. There are plenty of better options with far superior service and quality food.

Wow as I read these comments I see this is a on going situation the hang up phone calls .. rudeness not answering phone when you call back.. food delivered to wrong door or address.. bad customer service wow! Something needs to be done. This place really taking people money.. this location isn't right

Came into this store for everyone to just stare at me or ignore me, I asked if I could pick up my order, finally after waiting about 5 min, no one even acknowledged me. The grown men didn’t correct the teenage staff . Whenever you walk into an establishment, especially when when you’re spending money, I think it’s only right that you’re acknowledged with the hello or welcome to. Then, when it was time for me to get my pizza, he left it on the counter, walked off and said there you go. Won’t be coming back I’d rather go to the one on Cypress North Houston
I dont want to leave any stars but thats not a option. I placed my order over an hr ago, and I go to track it and the tracker isnt working. I figured their busy on a friday night, so I wait a little bit longer. I end up calling and I had to call 3 times before getting to someone. The worker answers the phone , I let him know the tracker isnt working and im waiting for my food. He says it was a delivered an hr ago, I said the instructions says to hand deliver it to me at the door. He then says the comment says call if the gate isnt open. I said I didnt receive a call or my food. He tells me to hold on , and I get an email saying my order was canceled. He hung up the phone with out coming back to the phone, didnt offer an apology or any other options. This is ridiculous and not how a business should be ran. I called back 3 more times to get ahold of someone, and they just let it ring .

Bruce the manager what is an awesome and dedicated professional manager he reached out to me on a order that I placed and he went above and beyond the Call of duty to please me and I want to thank him thank the guy who took my order who delivered the pizza and the young lady who works there who answered the phone when I called to ask for the manager if I can give you guys more than five stars I would give you $10 so here's to 10 keep up the good work and I'm so happy to be a customer of your establishment 😁👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Second time ordering front here and they delivered our order to the wrong place, whilst the houses clearly state the numbers on the outside if you look for the numbers. They said to give them 20 minutes and still didn't deliver the order. We waited almost two hours total and still have hungry kiddos. The first time was also a subpar experience. I don't remember what happened but after speaking with the manager I said I wouldn't order from them again but I did. I'm definitely serious about it this time.
