This is about the fifth time that I order for delivery and I have to wait over an hour and a half To call due to my order being stuck in quality check. The answer I get is not enough drivers. So I have to go pick up the pizza myself. The staff that works in Domino’s is awesome I’m ordering delivery and my order is stuck in quality check because not enough drivers then how long is my pizza really sitting there ? I ordered a fresh pizza and it’s cold.

Taking a break from cooking, I ordered Dominos pizza. I picked up my food and I get home to see the bread bites had hair and the pizza was a cold pizza. I will never order from Dominos again.

I ordered delivery and I waited for an hour and a half, I check the app and it says the pizza was delivered. I check my cameras and the driver comes to the door and takes off with my pizza. There are very clear instructions for the driver to leave it at the door which has been done for the last 15 years I've lived here. It just so happens this time I have covid and she would appreciate if she left it at the door vs me going out and infecting her. These kids need to pay attention to detail if it says leave at the door leave it at the door the customer can not be upset if you do what the instructions say..

Same as last time, thought I would give them one more try, Never Again....I literally live 0.3 miles from your store, 2 minutes away, and was too busy to go out and the manager sends the delivery man to at least 4 other deliveries more than 24 minutes away (1 way) from me (watching the tracker) so it took 1 1/2 hour to get my dried up Luke warm pizza, with the grease coming out of it. It did not look like a Pan Pizza, more like a heavy dough pizza. Management should be replaced at this store, I'll never order again , and the last promotion for the free emergency pizza still cost me $15 delivered. The picture has a bite out of one piece to show the grease and burnt looking pizza, which I nuked to warm it up enough to eat something. There are several other better pizza places near this area, try them out.

This location is going down hill. I never see the same employees from week to week. Tonight the young lady behind the counter was very rude. I was texting my wife and she accused me of taking pictures of her. This is the last time I'll go to this location. We go to Ruusos at least once a week. At least we did until now
The quality of the pizzas at this location has substantially declined, there was a time when this was my go to location for a tasty pie, but now I avoid it like the plague, my advice to drive the extra miles to get better quality at a different location

I ordered my meatZZa pizza and stuffed pepperoni cheese sticks tonight and it was hands down the best. The customer service was great and there wasn’t a long wait time. Robert did a great job!

Other than my Parmesean Bread Bites being the way I like them, they keep burning up first my tater tots, and now the newest thing on the menu, they burnt my Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread crispy on the ends now. The interior was still good though, once I cut off the burnt ends.
