Zero service. Ordered carry out because they supposedly close at midnight but didn’t make my order that was placed 40 minutes earlier.They also did not call, and did not send an email informing they weren’t going to make my order. So just a waste of time and resources to deal with this establishment. Won’t be back.Trash and absolutely pitiful way to operate a business.??

Called to place an order because the online option to submit a future order was not showing dates past the current day. I call the location and they tell me they are too busy to take my order can I call back. 1. If the online site/app worked properly the order would have been placed on line. 2. I guess my order and business is not needed to brush off a paying customer.

I didn’t think that just changing the location would make any difference but it does. The pizza at this location is waaaay better than the one at Copperfield. At Copperfield they put like 5 pepperonis per pizza and almost no cheese. This one, the pepperonis look great and the cheese is plenty and really nice. I was going to Copperfield because they have plenty of parking space and they are not that busy. I think there is a reason for that. Even though you may need to wait for parking and maybe wait to get your pizza, the cooking is way better than the one at Copperfield.

Tonight, on Sat, Jan 6th I came in around / before 7pm and there was 10 employees working in my view.There was a woman holding a phone but not speaking to anybody but barking orders at the hard workers behind her.I saw all the people making food. They were busy. But there was at minimum 3 or 4 heads doing jack. Sitting on hold is not working, either.There was a customer waiting when I came in and I didn't realize he was. I apologized and sat down. After waiting about 5 minutes the phone woman screamed out can someone help these customers and there was someone about to leave and the woman on the phone, as well as three other employees not making food.At this point both of us just had a pickup and we were still waiting to give our names.After waiting for a couple more minutes I stood up and counted all the employees in view and started asking why so many people are working and no one can help the customers standing at the register?The lazy phone lady standing at the register called me rude so I stood up and I called her rude. I clapped my hands and told them to hurry up. I told her she was being rude to the customers because our pickups are getting cold and she's just standing there on hold talking to no one. The chain of events may be jumbled, not sure.You folks work hard and don't deserve this. This only happens because of lazy employees that get hired and hold a phone to their ear instead of pick up the slack when it's busy. If you worked tonight and handed me my food, thanks. If you were making food, thanks.But seriously some of ya'll in there are lazy and need to pick up the slack.

This is NOW THE 3rd time I've ordered and over 2 hours later, no delivery, tracker still shows "Being Prepared", and this time spent 30 minutes on the phone to cancel it and nobody ever answered! Tried to call customer service too, and the bot is useless! GOOD LUCK, if you order from here!

Tried to order 3 diffrent times well over an hour or so before closing each time was canceled no reason really sucks too cuz I’m really sick and was relying on this store and can’t order from other stores cuz of my location…. I love dominos but this store doesn’t do to well and was unreliable for no reason :( not to deal with the refunds and all that junk ugh only thing too that I felt I could eat was pizza weirdly I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Tried to make an order here three times for delivery And got my delivery canceled all times because it was "outside" of their delivery area even though my address is 3 minutes away. I was referred to a Domino's location for delivery 6 minutes away from my address and was told the same thing. They referred me to A Domino's location 10 minutes away from my address and I was told the same thing.I am having a difficulty understanding as to how my address is outside the delivery area of 3 locations close to my address, beginning with the closest one. I never had this issue with making a delivery order until relocating here to Houston. Quite honestly I am not going to make another delivery order from Domino's Again.

We've ordered from this Domino's multiple times over the past couple years. The past three times have been horrible. Takes way too long for us to get our delivery. The last time we ordered our pizza was burnt and took 55 minutes to get delivered. And then today after 45 minutes I called and was quoted additional 30 minutes due to drivers finally showing up before we can get our pizza delivered. Needless to say Don't think we'll be utilizing this Domino's anymore.

I've never had a worse time ordering pizza. There's always something wrong. First time I ordered they marked it as delivered when they never delivered and was a fiasco getting what I had paid for. Second time, I ordered around 6:30 and an hour later they were still prepping it. I called they said they'll get it in soon. Another 40 minutes later still hadn't even started it and I just canceled. Never ordering from them again
