First let me start by saying these days it seems to be a major problem with businesses not appreciating their customers. They don’t greet you, rarely smile, and sometimes are beyond rude. Let’s never forget that without us there would be no you. Now I go to this location more than enough monthly, but I always pick up. Tonight I decided to have it delivered, even though it’s literally right down the street. The driver calls me to tell me to come down, in the rain to pick up the piazza at the gate. I do so. I get there, he has this attitude, I am nevertheless still in a chipper mood despite having to meet him at the gate in the rain and already being tipped. I simply ask the driver when they stopped bringing the pizza to the door and he spat back without answering my question that they didn’t do it. Well obviously not, last time I tip a delivery driver to bring my food to the gate and expect me to come get it! That’s your job.

The delivery driver of a white Nissan threw our food to my kids. When I asked for a manager. A lady played like she was the manager. Then they hung up on me. I called back a guy got on the phone as a manager. This store provide the worse customer service. Why would you throw food at kids?

Do not order delivery. I had Covid and they refused to leave it at my door. The driver never even got out of the car. I have ring footage of them pulling into the driveway and never delivering my food. I paid and never got my food.
