If it were possible to give a zero rating, I would. One of the staff members, Christina, was extremely rude when I tried to understand why I was given buffalo sauce instead of ranch with my buffalo wings. When I asked if she could provide ranch instead and take back the buffalo sauce so I wouldn’t be charged for the ranch, her demeanor and tone were unprofessional and disrespectful. She was also yelling at a team member for not saucing my wings. She shouted, "Who boxed these wings?" The team member who had boxed them looked visibly frightened by the way she was yelling. This will be my last visit to this location. 0.

Took over an hour to get my food delivered. By the time I did get it, the food was cold. Always have issues with this location...

I wish I could give zero stars! This was the most horrible service I ever received! the pizza look like they pulled it out the trashcan and the pasta stink. I will never spend my hard earned money at this place ever in this lifetime. The person I spoke with concerning this issue, basically made a joke out of me as I expressed my concerns. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful.

I had a unique situation with Dominos today. The food was late probably due to rush hour, but uber offered for a cancellation or a discount. I chose the cancellation option but during this time my wife received the pizza. I basically received free food so I called the crew at dominos and they tried to look for the order but said I didn’t need to worry about it and dinner was on them. I would like to thank the crew for their warmth and pleasant behavior about the situation. I will probably swing by to drop by for a hello. Thank you crew at 4558 highway 6 north dominos! You all are very kind!

Placed an order 40 minutes before their closure, it appeared to me that someone was preparing it and at 12 they cancelled my order. Lazy ass workers

I placed an order from your establishment and unfortunately, it arrived over an hour and a half late. Furthermore, the pizza was cold and missing the pepperoni. I contacted your location twice during this extended wait time. The first time, after an hour had passed, I was informed that the order was on its way. However, as previously mentioned, it arrived much later than promised. Upon calling back to express my dissatisfaction, the representative responded in an unprofessional manner, asking what they were supposed to do about the situation.

I understand that businesses can get busy, but I believe Domino's needs to provide better training to its employees on how to handle customer complaints. Hanging up on a customer and simply offering a free pizza as a resolution is not acceptable. I kindly request that Domino's take steps to improve its customer service and ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. The driver was kind at least.

I ordered on-line a pizza over an hour ago and it’s still not here! I tried calling the store and a “live” person never answered it! I won’t be using Dominos AGAIN!

Days have passed. It was horrible. Going back and forth. Wasn't able to use my coupon. They don't honor anything they say nor do they value their customers

Unbelievable that they don't answer the phone, they got my order wrong and I tried to call to inform them so they could correct it and after 20 minutes of no one answering and being on the hold recording I gave up! Don't try to call them if you need anything
