Spent 30 minutes on the phone placing an order—yes, thirty—and the first thing I did at the very start of the call was give them my location. I even repeated it several times throughout. After half an hour of back-and-forth, I finally get told: ā€œOh, we don’t deliver there.ā€

So basically, I got to enjoy a free half-hour podcast called ā€œDomino’s Pretends They’ll Feed Me.ā€ Spoiler: they did not.

If delivery isn’t available, maybe say that before taking my entire order? Just a thought.

This is the closest dominos to our home. I love dominos, so we have ordered here many times. Unfortunately, EVERY time we order here we have an issue. The last time our pizza was marked delivered THIRTY minutes before it actually showed up. I called the store multiple times to figure out where it was and could never get a real answer. As I did not know if the pizza was even going to make it, (and I had a crying hungry toddler at home) I ended up having to run around the corner and get a whole 2nd dinner for my family. I reached out to dominos online about this TWICE to provide feedback and request a refund. I never heard anything back.

Juliana was rude, nasty, ignorant and absolutely disrespectful. She never delivered my order. She called me with a nasty attitude and approach head-on. Even with her disrespectful approach, I was still initially more than willing to meet her downstairs for my order. Before I could even get a word out and tell her, okay I would be more than willing to meet her, she got nasty with me and told me ā€œ … or you could just cancel your orderā€¦ā€ Ahh… excuse me…. Absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable behavior. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with this store as far as delivery is concerned. But, Charlie, I cannot remember whether he’s the GM or manager but he was a sweet-heart, when I called the issue in, he definitely handled it very well and professionally, I do appreciate him very much! The food do be good from here, most of the time, when I actually receive the actual food, I paid for of course. But the bad attitudes and lack professionalism in the drivers is absolutely insane. Not all of them are like this, most of the younger drivers has great demeanor and very respectful. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order delivery from this store, as I said before, I’ve had this issue before more than once or twice, with more than 1 or 2 drivers and I’m kinda fed up.

Update: I’ve never gotten my refund from this order, mind you I never received my food but did pay for it through Apple Pay, initially. After this day, I even attempted to try and order from here again, only because I wanted to see how they would treat me and my food after being appropriately criticized and called out on their lack of professionalism. I have no clue how they did it, but they put it to where I couldn’t place an order with them, online. I tried both the app and browser. Absolutely spiteful. I will be getting into contact with someone higher up in the chain. This is ridiculous, and must be addressed.

I enjoyed all of my food that I ordered, every item was good to me. I love the brownies I wish the brownies could come in a large size pizza box. The sprites soda pop was great. The bread stuff cheesy bread was great to me aswell It was my 1st time ordering them.

Never had a problem with this location before. Until I did two times in a row. I do work for a competitor company but I don't like their pizza I like Domino's, but one night I ordered the new stuffed crust order gets canceled cause staff closed at midnight instead of 1 am due to lack of staff so the gm gave me a credit, two days after the first issue I go to order my credit and again am told they can't take my order due to being busy and lack of staff. If u all need people pay me ill quit ur competitor and come work you. Cause if I pulled what they pulled at my job I wouldn't be working here no more. No matter how busy u get or even if ur by urself u never turn down a customer. So sense I can't get the best pizza ever I had to make one of my own.. Pic shown below is not Domino's pizza I made this at my job.
