Domino's Pizza

I decided to try Dominoes subs. They were over baked. I was instructed to put on my flashers when I arrived and my order would be brought out. Did not happen. I decided to go inside to pick it up. The door was locked. I was ignored. I was eventually allowed in. This is the second time I have had trouble getting my curbside order!

The pizza was hot and fresh. The restaurant was nice and clean..

Took them 2 hours to bring my food. It's 10:40 I ordered my food at 8:50. They won't answer the phone to compensate me for this order either. This is unacceptable.

Went for a reward snack, a 16 piece Parmesan bread bites and it was baked dough with no butter or Parmesan. Then the kid gets a shaker and tries to add the cheese to the dry bread like it would make things better lmao. I threw it's behind the store lmao waste of time. Poor management and poor customer service. It is 1960, I should've known 😂

Delivery was an hour late. I had to call twice. Pizza was cold and the cheese was chewy. Horrible!!

They take forever to deliver I have been waiting 2 hr and they don't pick the phone.

Driver left our order on the ground. The driver Never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. I called the store multiple times to figure out where our order was. The store never answered the phone. When we opened the door, it was sitting on the ground outside.

Always let's the pizza sit there for an hour or more - tastes like garbage by the time it gets here.

I ordered a pizza thinking it was at this location when I went in to pick it up the girl told me yes it will be out in a few minutes I had mistakenly ordered at the other Domino's down the street but yet she went to the computer and said yes it'll be out in a few minutes 10 minutes later no pizza and they tell me I'm at the wrong location not one person apologized for keeping me waiting there for 10 minutes when obviously my name was not on their computer that she looked at and I was the only customer in the store then the manager Peter when I let him know how upset I was and asked him his name he said go ahead and file a complaint!!! really!!! That boy needs to be retrained for customer service and maybe sent back to his parents for common courtesy lessons I told him all I would like was an apology he was so smart about it and smirking the whole time! When a manager tells you go ahead and file a complaint and doesn't offer a apology or anything personally as a business owner I would fire him!!!

Pizza arrived 2 hours late, and when i tried calling the restaurant, I couldnt get a hold of anyone. Not ordering from here again.

I love their pizza and now they have amazing brownies! Now I love their pasta salad and the steak tater tots! Drivers are fast!
