I had ordered the pizza for take out my daughter went to pick up the person who was giving the pizza he just threw the pizza and gave and even my daughter asked her for the ranch he told I will not give she told I will pay for it than too they didn't give they are very rude people 😒 😑 and even don't have manners to talk to the customers they should not even get 1star also
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called this place about a special they had and then called back 10 min later and another person told me they didn’t have that special anymore. I was constantly put on hold, the female workers seemed annoyed when taking my order as if they didn’t wanna work. Poor attitudes and horrible service from these employees. I would NEVER waste my money at this location. Domino’s needs to hire people that actually wanna work
This pizza was horrible!!!! It was like biting into rubber!!!! We usually enjoy eating dominos pizza but I will never again order from this location I'm completely disappointed!!!!
Had the absolute WORSE experience with specific location. They claimed someone called them and changed my pickup time. Resulting in my pizza sitting there for over an hour. They weren't apologetic about anything (even me showing my phone history and telling them that they didn't call me nor talk to me). Liars! I had to ask them to at least re-heat the pizza. HORRIBLE! If I could've rated them below zero, I would have.
I have had Domino's Pizza before and this time it was in a new location that I was in I ordered the pizza by phone and they told me the delivery time and they delivered right on time the pizza was hot and the toppings were just as I asked for. For a low-cost take out delivery or dine in this is a very good place to have pizza or whatever else they have on the menu. It's always good and I do recommend it.

Very bad service, I am new to the area, I lived 3 minutes away, I ordered for the first time and they only called to say that I was outside and it was 11:30 pm and I tried to contact the delivery, they never answered, since it was closed, they charged me and they did not answer to make the whole

I wish zero stars was an option. I placed an order for delivery online about 4 hours in advance. I ordered 6 pizzas for my students to celebrate the end of the first semester and was told that there is no delivery driver after already paying for delivery and tip. The woman on the phone hungup on me after I told her they could make fresh pizzas and deliver them when a driver is there at noon (30 minutes later). Very rude customer service, I am never going back to this location again and hope this employee learns how to talk to customers. Too bad that the manager of this place doesn't know how to train employees or make a schedule where drivers are on the site.

Pizza was ordered since 5 o’ clock, I got the pizza at 6:30. I had to go inside to get the pizza. Don’t recommend to get pizza from here. Always happens.

The employees are rudes. The Tall manger is rude to. I ask if they could cook my wings a little longer and they made it seem I was asking to remake the wings. I told the manager thank you and he just stares at me. People are tired of waste money on food and the orders don’t come as they want it.

I arrived at Domino's at approximately 0635PM. I successfully submitted my order at 0644PM and waited in my car for my order. After 30 minutes I realized my order had not progressed and was still in "preparing." I then proceeded to get off my car and told the man(young guy, tall, white complected, with no sense of urgency) "it's been 30 minutes and my order has not moved at all. At this rate, it won't be anywhere close to being done at the expected time. I just want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my order." "He replied, "the estimated time is wrong sometimes. Do you want me to cancel your order or do you still want it?" At this point his professionalism and customer service skills went straight out the window with that response. Why, as a loyal, hungry customer, who's already waited 30 minutes with my order not moving at all...want to cancel my order? I'm sorry, but I've worked in fast food customer service jobs and that is not how or what you say to a loyal customer when resolving an issue. Despite his response and nonchalant attitude I told him, "Of course I still want my order. Also, can I please get your name because I plan to make a review and call corporate about this?" In which he replied, "Sorry, I can't do that." In order to keep the peace and not explode with the horrible customer service I was already receiving from this Dominoes, "I said okay." And headed back to my car to wait. My order did not move until 0722PM. That is approximately 40 minutes of "prepping." What made me more frustrated was the fact while waiting in my car, the delivery drivers came back and forth picking up pizzas, but mine was in "prep". I even saw one driver pick up an order, leave, and came back for another, left again all why I was waiting in my car. That's is plain ridiculous! My money is just as good as any other customers, regardless if it's pick up or delivery. Unprofessional. After all this, my order was finally done at 0730PM(horribly done and in a rush). Despite being very upset, I went inside, got my pizzas, said nothing else to anyone and just left. I immediately inspected my pizzas before driving away. The pan pizza was atrocious, bland, not enough cheese, more tomatoe sauce than anything(will post pictures). The Alfredo pizza was extremely greasy, UNCUT, and mildly burned. Instead of exploding and walking back inside the store, I gave up and drove back home. The pizzas went straight into the trash. I've also added my order history to prove I come here about 6 to 8 times in a span of 2 months to prove I'm a frequent customer. 40 minutes to "prep" my pizza, and 8 RUSHED minutes later it was handed to me. That means my order was done in less than 8 minutes. I'm sorry, but the math ain't mathing. There was obviously no love, passion, or pride put into my pizzas. Before I forget, they tried changing the estimated time at the end to make it seem like my expectations were met, but that is very much false because I took a screenshots of the original estimated time. If I had placed my order in the beginning and it said, "45 minutes to 65 minutes wait time" that would be fine because it's letting me know ahead of time, but that was not the case here. Estimated time was 27-37 minutes at max. And the worst part, I didn't get an initial apology when I went inside the first time to complain why my order hadn't moved for 40 minutes. I also did not get offered a complimentary pizza, coupon, discount, or anything to show that they greatly apologize for this horrible service and food. This is why I've taken the time to write this long review(despite still not eating anything because the pizza went in the trash), in hopes Domino's makes it right and this never happens to another loyal customer. I will also, follow up with cooperate with my report on Monday, to see if they can help me and apologize for this very upsetting experience by o

This location is ridiculous and they’re very rude, it was me and another customer there at the front waiting for a very long time and none of the employees were paying mind to us at all I had to say hello a couple times and ask is anyone gonna help us, and when I did get help the person had an attitude rolling her eyes and almost walked away from the other customer waiting there as well, if you’re gonna order please do it at another location

Certain "store doesnt give delivery until 5" stated they cant deliver even though they have 2 weeks ago. Stated its dangerous. Even though ive been standing outside for 30 mins. Honestly how are is it turn off the delivery outside of 5 pm?
