Ordered Dominos through the Uber eats app. Dominos does their own delivery, so they can’t blame an Uber driver for their own incompetence. It was an hour late (2 total hours of waiting). Gave me cold and dry breadsticks (without any sauce) instead of what I ordered, which was cinnamon twists with icing. The pizza was, of course, super cold and soggy. Bad experience all around.

First let me say that when it comes to Customer Service, I've received better customer service from fast food locations in Egypt, Eswatini and Communist Cuba than at this Domino's location on Winrock.
Placed an order online, walked in the door and not one of the three workers greeted me. I would consider giving a slight pass to the two workers up front who were making a pizza but when you walk into a Mods pizza store, everyone says hello.
Then there was the worker who was literally in front of me, took a look at me and continued to get a pizza to slice it up. Never a "how may I help you?" or"do you have an order?". I had to ask who was working the front counter when I should have just picked up my order that was staring me right at my face.
For people who depend on tips, you won't get much with what you put out. Take a page out of Chick-fil-A and just say "hi". It's only 2 letters albut goes along way to getting a better review.

I just placed an order and I am currently at work because I didn’t answer my phone because dominos normally don’t call unless they have a problem which they didn’t. They cancelled my order all because they didn’t fell like it. Find another job and stop being lazy.

Very bad service! Placed my order online and thirty minutes later went to pick it up. Once I got there I went to the counter and they didnt even greet me, the toothless blond lady just told me is gonna be thirty more minutes without even asking for my order name or number. I told her okay and that if i could pay she replied. “ I told you its gonna be a long time before you get your pizza” Horrible service!!!! More than 7 employees all standing!!!!
I like Dominoes Pizza and I only order from the Westcreek location because their customer service is the best. My pizza is always fresh, I never have any issues. Dominoes have definitely changed their recipe because the pizza is so yummy! Better then PJ and
