I order from dominos all the time. Especially because I get rewards if I order online. This particular location is a little inconsistent when it comes to the quality of food. Sometimes it’s too salty, or they use the wrong sauce, or it’s overcooked etc. it’s a hit or miss. But I will say that they will make it right if theirs anything wrong with the order or issues with delivery. Which I appreciate very much. I just don’t like having to wait for reorders or refunds etc.

I had one experience where the manager was rude but I didn't feel the need to escalatd that
Today I went to the store and canceled an order.BEFORE they cooked it, the lady told me she would do it and I can leave. About an hour later I saw my order was still waiting for pick up and I had no email about a canceled or refunded order. I've been on hold with the store an hour to get this sorted and they won't answer

Staff looked at me and kept walking while I waited outside ringing the doorbell. I placed an online order and couldn't pick it up. I'm pissed at how rude they were. I tried calling to speak to a manager. No luck there either. Nobody ever picked up my call. This Dominos is trash!!!

I walked in for a pick up today, all 3 staff looked up at me, said nothing and went back to working. I waited util someone became available but no had one gave me the indication that they were going to come attend the front. I understand staff are busy but a simple acknowledgment and a “we’ll be right with you” but nothing. I said hello I’m here for a pick up and nobody turned back until one girl with long hair came up and said pick up?. I said yes and gave her the first name, she looked at all 5 orders and asked me for the name, she couldn’t find it. She then proceeded to ask for an order number? Which I didn’t have because I did not place the order I was just picking up. I was told it’s ready. She asked for the phone number and went behind her and saw the name I gave her and gave me the ready pizza. The staff have no customer service. No attentiveness. No basic etiquette.I will drive to another dominos out of the way if that means getting better service.

On Sunday 06/30/2024 one's again service sucks/ try to may you like a pizza you don't want it was burnt on edge, he blames it on oven it's a cheese Pizza so are running on same time of meat pizza cheese melts faster , I asked for a redo he refused and refunded me my money but other employee was trying make a new one , I don't maybe John had a bad at 2000 to 2100hr . No name badge so he claims his was John. Dam Domino it's the second time. Guess I give up on your place .

No stars at All!!! Service terrible!!! Literally had to wait almost 10 mins for them to tell me that they weren’t accepting any front door orders and that they weren’t accepting any drive thru orders either and that’s that I went at 10:30pm and they close at 12am. Never coming here again!!! ???
