I placed a curbside order. I say there for like 15 minutes after the time that they said it was ready. The girl in the dominos said it just came out. Not true I watched that exact pizza sit there while I was in the car. Nobody just bothered to bring it. I don’t see why curbside is even available if your employees don’t want to bring it to the customer. To add to that. She didn’t apologize or anything. Just basically tossed the slid the pizza to me and walked away…
Update: I JUST CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. She said her name was Judith and she sounded like the same person I just had this bad experience with. No wonder all of these reviews are horrible. If the manager doesn’t have customer service skills I can image the other employees smh

I order from dominos all the time. Especially because I get rewards if I order online. This particular location is a little inconsistent when it comes to the quality of food. Sometimes it’s too salty, or they use the wrong sauce, or it’s overcooked etc. it’s a hit or miss. But I will say that they will make it right if theirs anything wrong with the order or issues with delivery. Which I appreciate very much. I just don’t like having to wait for reorders or refunds etc.
They never answer the calls, you can spend an hour waiting on line but there's no point, they don't answer the calls.

Today I went to the store and canceled an order.BEFORE they cooked it, the lady told me she would do it and I can leave. About an hour later I saw my order was still waiting for pick up and I had no email about a canceled or refunded order. I've been on hold with the store an hour to get this sorted and they won't answer
