Waited over an hr for 1 pizza and sandwich got her warm and crushed and dry horrible no sauce even paid extra for stuff pizza kids don't even want it

Need better management

The last 3 pizzas I have got from this location. I have ordered extra cheese extra goods. And they aren't on the pizza. My problem is I'm not checking my pizza because it's delivered. And if you folks are gonna order from there, make sure you check your pizza before you pay them. I will not be ordering from this company. No more. They won't even answer their phone. I sat on the phone for fifteen minutes.They will not answer their phone after you order.A pizza and it's been delivered to you
I also sent information for text form internet to corporate. I have not heard back from them either

Ordered delivery took about 2 hours! Do not recommend! It kept saying 30 minutes for the longest

Sometimes this location is good, but sometimes they're just awful. Placed an order and after their app said it was on the way, it took over an hour to get to me. I live about 5 minutes from the store, and it seems like we're always last on their route. I understand being busy on a Saturday, but getting cold pizza just sucks. I tried to contact the store for a refund and was on hold for an hour before I hung up and called back again. Still haven't gotten through to them. This is insane. I've had messed up orders before and I've worked customer service, so I completely get it and I'm usually empathetic but I'm so done with this location. Even my MIL started calling trying to get through because she was mad for me

My experience with this location is terrible. Such an injustice for the owner. My husband called to place an order for delivery. The first time he called someone answered the phone after about 15 mins of waiting, and immediately placed him on hold. He waited for approximately 20 minutes and hung up.

My husband called Dominoes again about an hour later, and to our astonishment, no one answered the phone. This went on for HOURS. I couldn’t believe it. My husband’s persistency paid off and eventually someone finally answered the phone, however he was immediately placed on hold again. After waiting for about 30 mins. He hung up. Consequently, we never placed an order. I wonder how many orders the employees missed for not answering the phone. Based upon reviews, this is a common occurrence. Very costly mistake for this behavior to continue.

I have never witness a company conducting itself in that manner. In addition it’s a franchise. I wonder how the Domino's Brand would
like how their brand is being represented. The employees at this location, definitely lack work ethics. We will never patronize this establishment again. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

horrible location. the door is locked and the employees WILL see you at the door and still ignore you. they will accuse you of not having the correct amount of change due even though there was more than enough. when they do take your change they go back to making pizzas without washing their hands… the employees always have their airpods in, very unprofessional.

they never answer their phone! multiple times has my pizza been forgotten about and sat on the counter instead of being delivered! horrible service

The pizza took a long time to get delivered it was cold and dry and the pizza was not properly cut had to rip the pizza up to get it apart. They left the 2 litter off the order so I called before the driver got to the stop sign down the street they put me on hold for almost 30 min and still did not get my 2 liter. Very poor management. Poor delivery time, poor food quality, poor phone/customer service.

This is my second time ordering from this place …. The workers are rude the manager is even ruder…. Only person that was nice was the delivery driver… How can u mess up a cheese pizza with extra cheese…if it wasn’t my grandson that wanted pizza I would not be at this place…
