After waiting for and hour and 15, I get a text from the delivery driver explaining to me that he won't be able to deliver my food because he's disabled. I informed him that there's an elevator and that my family and I are sick and can't go outside. After that I called the store and ask why send someone that can't do a job that is clearly getting paid to do. Ask for the manager's name and was told that I didn't need her name. I was also told that they were very busy for a Friday night. Most of places of business bo longer have a phone number where you can complain about service so the company's employees take advantage of situations like above. If you didn't feel like working because of whatever your reason may be it's not my fault of your horrible costumer service skills.

They had me waiting in line then I had to get out a line because it wasn’t ready when I finally pulled to the window again they could not find my order. I was in line for more than 40 minutes. Why would we get an email saying it was ready but not ready at all when you go pick it up . It makes no sense . Left with nothing because I was not going to waste no more time on this location.

Lately their food has sucked. No flavor on dough, missing toppings, little to no seasoning on parm bites, light hand with cheese and sauce, even when you ask for extra, and the pizzas are never cut all the way through. I have been disappointed with the food the last three times we have ordered from this location, which we have been going to for three years. I'm very disappointed so we will be going to a different location from now on.

I went to the Domino’s drive-thru because the app was down, thinking I could just order in person. Instead, the employee straight-up refused to help me. Honestly, that’s ridiculous — the app isn’t working, and you can’t even take my order face-to-face? Terrible customer service.

I’ve always preferred dominos thin crust pizza but last experience was not the best. Even though I’m across the street.. they deliver us last and the thin crust ends up soggy

Did not make my order anywhere near correct, they just made what they wanted me to eat. I ordered extra pepperoni nd cheese. They literally gave me not one pepperoni. Horrible service
