Every time I deliver from the store and pay with cash, all the drivers keeps the money instead of giving back the change I had to call in ahead of time to let them know I ordered a pizza and for them to bring me my change and they don’t no point of calling the store they don’t give a damn they very rude and hang up in your face. This needs to be reported to corporate. I have no problem with tipping, but let me tip you out of my own money. You don’t keep my damn change this is sad as hell they don’t wanna take accountability for the drivers everybody not gonna play behind their money. This store is pure trash.

Update: 4 months later. I preorder online and my order is incorrect again. I arrived at 7:26pm. I was the only car in line. I waited at the pickup window 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. Kelly comes to the window. I asked how the pizza was made before I pay. She said it’s incorrect and I should take it as is because they are busy right now. I noticed the manager in the parking lot chatting with her friends.
I said I can wait so they can remake the order correctly. Then the manager Amothis rudely comes to tell me I can’t wait in the drive thru window. She seemed upset that I wanted them to remake my order. I said if someone comes behind me I will just pull back around so the line is not held up. Amothis says again I can’t wait. I asked why not? She never gave an answer. I asked her for corporate number to file a complaint. She said I had to go online. So I waited there to make sure nothing was done to my order. I get home and the pizza 🍕 taste so gross 🤮. I wanted to go back for a refund but decided to just feed it to my dog.

Anah was the most polite person at this location tonight..First of all, it took at least five minutes for them to acknowledge that we were at the window. It was a special order that was incorrect & instead of owning the mistake, we were told that they were busy and that we would have to wait a long time for the pizza to be remade. Take the order as is we were told. While waiting in an empty line, the manager comes to the window and rudely says that we can’t wait there. We explained that we would move if someone else pulled up. We asked why we couldn’t wait there and the manager did not respond. We simply wanted to make sure that the order was correct this time and that nothing was done to it. Upon receiving our order, we saw the manager out front fraternizing with other customers. Additional training and some common courtesy is definitely needed at this location.

I used to buy pizza on Saturday although the lady in customer service is rude the pizza quality is great yesterday (Sunday, December 1 2024) the order was delayed besides that the pizza was uncooked and nothing like I used to eat in this place also they forgot to cut the pizza I think they were with a lot of orders and couldn’t handle them with the expected quality

I ordered a pizza around 7:30. I got halfway in my paper when I discovered a piece of hair cooked into the cheese and into the crust stuck halfway in my mouth halfway out.

Worst dominoes ever . Do not order from here . Something from my order is always missing and never gets replaced or i can’t ever get help due to the rude employees , all sound like kids . Idk why i still order from here at this point it’s funny but 0/0. Don’t expect to get your full order
Had a pick up, so I went through the drive thru, and I was ignored for about 10 to 15 minutes, and when they finally acknowledged, I was there they made me wait longer because they dropped my pizza on the floor and had to re make it. This isn't my first bad experience here, and unfortunately, nothing has been done about it. It sucks because I live down the street, and this is the only close Domino's to me.

This was the best pizza run I’ve had! Devin is super helpful and kind! He deserves a raise because he’s very hardworking. I hope I get him again next time I order pizza. My food was on time and the perfect temperature.

Rude . Late . Nothing is EVER done right! Howbi live 5mins away and it takes 1hr to get my FOOD!!! Then when i call they have an attitude with me like im bothering them. Dont order from them . You’re probably thinking maybe it wont happen to me . TUH! It will!! Dont make any sense . 🙃 They need an entirely new staff or CLOSE IT DOWN !!!! No one wants to work anyways .
