Food was terrible, delivery driver took it up on himself to add an additional $10.00 tip to my family member's card which put him in the negative in his account. Reporting to corporate and filing charges for unauthorized use of credit card.

I have the most horrible customer service yesterday and even more of horrible one today. I ordered a pizza yesterday with a soda. And I never received it. I did re-order another pizza. This how I received it. Now they saying there nothing they can do.

This is the worst place to eat, the girl who works there is always unkempt looking, clothes always dirty, the never wash their hands, they make pizza and touch the money at the same time . She is unprofessional, disrespectful and needs help in working with customers. If you are unhappy with your job, she should fund another one. Health Department needs to visit them.

I ordered 2 med pizza ,the special they have 2 pizzas ? at 6.99 each and paid came home and it was burned ?, DO NOT order from this place ,he was refusing to give me a refund for my one pizza ,finally after arguing and being load with him he did refund me my money ?He says it was not burned, really

I placed an order for 2 marble cookies and it said 8 to 10 minutes before its ready. I went in 35 minutes later and had to stand there while the employees continued to IGNORE ME. After 13 minutes of standing in the lobby(and I was the ONLY one there, NOBODY else) finally a guy came and told me it wasn't ready. When I asked how long he said, very condescending....it'll be ready when it's ready. So I left. I called 30 minutes later and the same guy answered and told me it was ready 2 minutes after I left. When I asked him why he didn't just tell me that, again with a very disgusting attitude he said because I didn't have to, then preceeded to tell me I could come and pick it up or not because he really didn't care. Now call me crazy but I just assumed that because IM THE CUSTOMER I should be treated with dignity and respect. What I received from these people were the exact opposite. Whoever owns this place needs to go in and clean house because the people that are being paid to take care of the business will BANKRUPT it eventually. As for me....I WILL NOW BE A PROUD PAPAJOHNS CUSTOMER, where I can get some respect for my money and be treated and talked to like a human being.

Every time I order from this place they only have one driver. What’s up with that?? The food is okay but waiting an hour for pizza is crazy.
The service is poor and it seems as if EVERYONE at this location had a BAD attitude! I'm still waiting on the owner to call me regarding an order I placed for delivery to only be told they don't deliver to my location, never got my food or a refund!

I picked up an order today of two medium pineapple and beef pizzas around or before 1 p.m. today at the 8048 location. I didn't get the young man's name (brown skinned with nice gold/blond twists), but he seemed to be the only one there. He was very friendly and sweet, and the pizza came out great ?.

Domino's is my favorite takeout pizza place so I'm glad that there's one nearby I have got very prompt delivery in this location and my pizza is always arrived hot. There was a mistake that was on one of my orders that they corrected before my knowledge and provided me with a free pizza as per the commercial! I'm not sure if that is still something that they promise
