Order was completely wrong. Think they gave me someone else's disgusting chicken alfredo spinach pizza. The crust tastes horrible. The whole pizza is just nasty with stale chicken and salty ass alfredo sauce and cheese. Wrong crust on that one and wrong crust on the second one. I live 5 mins away from the location and somehow the pizza was not warm. On top of it, I explicitly said to leave at the door, and they still knocked for a solid 15 seconds and had my dog barking her head off. Think I am done ordering from this or ANY Domino's Pizza forever. Goodbye.

Left my order at some random apartment in my complex. When I called the store, the guy I spoke with didn’t seem to believe me. He then wouldn’t confirm that my payment was refunded. Ass customer service.

So I wasn’t in the store but want to make sure they get the best rating. I usually don’t review pizza delivery but Dominos knocked everything out of the park tonight. I’m worn out from traveling and out of necessity ordered dominos. It said it would be here in an hour but got here in under thirty. I live close but my food was so hot. Both my parm garlic wings and parm cheese stuffed crust pizza are the best I’ve had from Dominos in a long time. The delivery driver was great, she was here so fast and called so I was able to actually get my food quickly.
Thanks so much to Dominoes for donating pizzas to Lamar’s 50th high school reunion at Kirby Ice House on Friday, April 11, 2025! The manager Ilan was so generous for helping us with our event. I highly recommend using this restaurant!
Ordered delivery to a hotel the order was about 20 minutes late. The soda arrived warm and the pizza arrived cold. I guess the next business trip I don’t order from here.

Ordered my pizza follower the tracker that at an hour later still said my food was in the oven. So I called the store the manager (Elon) asked me if I had checked outside my door. I told him no, no one has knocked for me to check so why would I? I checked while on the phone with him and my food was sitting there on my garbage bin, COLD. I told him there was no way anyone knocked and he told me “all of our drivers are instructed to knock “ I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he got silent. I asked what he was going to do about their mistake he offered me a store credit. Sir my food has been on my garbage bin for an hour not to mention you basically called me a liar. Why do I want credit from your store? After moments of silence I asked if he was there and he said he didn’t want to interrupt me, I have been silent at this point for over 30 seconds clearly I’m done speaking. I asked for his bosses name and number he told me to go online. When I asked again he hung up on me. So I proceeded to take the order back up to the store for a refund. I get there, return the food and he tells me in front of my child that they can do it but it won’t be processed until tomorrow. Ok, so he gives me a receipt and I leave. As I am walking to my car I realize there is no credit back so I go back in and ask and he says that no he told me they can’t issue the refund the same day it can’t be done until the following day. So now you’re telling me I didn’t hear you correctly. Or he isn’t actually a manager and has no authority. Either way I’m not sure how he’s in customer service, I will never return to this location again. And yes, I’m making a complaint with corporate. That was $50 including tip and time that was wasted when in the end all he really had to do was apologize for the drivers mistake. He never apologized.
