Tried #25 bun suong tom noodle soup. It’s good. Usually we just buy the grilled pork sandwiches which are super good. Price is still better than other places but the Vietnamese sandwiches are the best here!
Alief staple period! Been coming here since I was a kid and they still standing! The crunch on the French baguette nom nom. You can still watch them make your sandwich at the window after ordering and paying first. Beware Cash Only. $6 for my BBQ Pork Banh mi
I just love Don Cafe, it is such a familiar spot. Love the food, never disapoints,it is flavorful, the portions are big but not huge, if you like spicy, they have spicy sauces to accompany your dish.
I always get the special pho and the barbacue pork bahn mi. The only thing is they just accept cash.
