A wuera woman with a bad attitude and very rude, remember that to run a business you have to have empathy with customers, first and last time I come to this place, the food is delicious by the way

The place is clean and the food is tasty, only the pupusas in particular lack flavor

I felt like I was rushed to order

Rich food. I only gave three stars for a fault with my son, his hibiscus water was stale, I asked for it to be changed and the waitress said that was what the hibiscus flower was like, but the truth was it was spoiled. I didn't want to argue and just ordered another drink. Then I saw that they tested it and withdrew it from sale. From then on the food is good, the egg with chorizo, the coffee the broth and the pupusas very delicious.

Bad service from the waitress who charges. Bad faces and so on. In general the place is not the same as it used to be and I do not recommend it

A few minutes ago I went to buy two seafood soups and the truth is, they were terrible soups;
The uncleaned crabs with shell and everything.,
The soup and rice were too salty and finally the paper envelope came out in the soup.

Clean inside, friendly service, ordered a burrito and the meat was burnt. The most part about El burrito was fresh ingredients.

I love the food, taste delicious. However, there is one lady, don't know if she's the owner's wife or what. So so rude from the moment she answers the phone. She needs to be in the back where she does not deal with customers. I got there and she said they did not have an order for me and walked away. Someone else stepped in to help me. Put her in the back and it will be 5 star rating. Highly recommend the sopes.

I send my husband too buy food here they lucky I wasn’t with him I wouldn’t end up buying nothing the cooker or who ever work there bag the tamale in a bag and just throw it at the counter then ones he arrives home we was gonna eat and one pupusa had a small bone and the pupusa salsa smell bad and I taste and it was already gone bad taste nasty 1st time there and had a bad experience

I have come to this place not once buy many times and always I have a complain bad service I most of the time ask for mondongo soup and mondongo comes with pata called pesuña and I don't like pesuña and tell them No pesuña please, apparently the lady that seems to be the owner hates me because she will always put the pesuñas in my soup, and I say this because I can see it in her face expression she makes me feel her anger, recently I asked for a cake it was all burnt, I decided it would be my last time coming to Don Juan pupuseria I don't feel they appreciate their customers, there so many places where I can go, why come back to the same where they make you feel uncomfortable. That's my experience.

You are all burned

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I Ordered online, order said it was “sent to restaurant and awaiting confirmation” it was never sent and I was charged for it. Called to see what was going on and the lady that answered the phone said they don’t take orders from the website even though the website says order online!! Now I have to dispute with my bank to get my money back.
