First time trying out, another food truck in the south Houston area, what is making it different is the trompo meat outside cooking outside the truck and obviously the right way, over charcoal of course. Flavor of the trompo meat is awesome so is a must try. I definitely gonna have to came back to try another dish.
Went to get late night tacos after the club. I wanted trompo and I thought they would cut it right off the spit but it the meat was already inside some how. My brother ordered a torta de fajita (azada). No place to sit and enjoy. We took them home and they were cold but good. The torta meat idk seem like ground beef. Overall great taco to get when you have beer munchies. Oh I forgot to mention I payed $13 soo $1 tacos can't go wrong with that, torta I think was $8 so bang...
Went this evening for some tacos wanted something different than my usual. I got the #10 food was okay I enjoyed it. My highlight was the restaurant style service top tier being able to sit in my car and wait for my disk to light up and vibrate, not sitting outside getting ate up by bugs truly convenient. They were actually pretty busy. I’ll definitely try it again. If your ever on the brook definitely stop by for a quick bite .
