This is our go to donut shop! The owner is friendly and attentive. If you get in early they have really adorable character donuts that my kids LOVE. Don't skip on the Vietnamese coffee - its delicious. Service is wonderful every time. It is a little tight inside when it's busy but they also have a drive thru option. Overall a great, locally owned donut shop.

Visited here for the first time. absolutely IN LOVE! We purchased two character donuts and 4 of the regular donuts. Best donut I’ve had here in Texas! I plan on coming back for my babies birthdays and holiday events! Lovely staff!

Very good donuts here with a ton of selection. The filled dount was amazing and you could choose from many options of filling. My dad got an apple fritter which was massive and so delicious would come back again for sure!

We came in 5 minuts before closing. The staff were so kind. We didnt know they were closing. We seen it and pulled over. The food was amazing! Fresh and accomodating. The man at register was soooo kind thank you see you soon!

I had such a wonderful experience at The Donut Factory! I came in for kolaches and donuts, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet. What really stood out was the kindness of the owner. She went out of her way to make my visit special by giving my kids adorable rings and stickers, which made their day! The customer service was top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back for more sweet treats. Highly recommend!

I came to make a large order of 2 dz kolaches, 3 dz donuts for our nursing home staff during the Beryl Hurricane aftermath, even though they barely had any donuts or kolaches and were clearly overwhelmed they were so kind and cheerful and allowed the order which only took about 45 mins. First time here and won't be my last. To top it off donuts/kolaches tasted great ?

Watch out, this place always pretends to forget to give the customer their change back and when you ask, she got an attitude and didn’t give me all of the change that was owed to me. This the second time this happened and it’s pathetic to witness.
