The more people in your group the better your service. When I came with my family, the service was amazing. I went by myself and had to often flag down the nearest server to get anything. I hope they fix the service. The food is really good.

Place is fantastic! I've been here previously and the restaurant is always clean. The options are plentiful with a decent spread of various hot items available on top of all the toppings plus the Ramen bar. The only problem of note is the parking. It's awful, especially on the weekend. However, definitely will come again! It's good enough that my picky eater son was able to enjoy himself too. Highly recommend

This is the second time I’ve come here, and they were completely out of several of the main sauces, which defeats the purpose of coming here. They advertise unlimited flavors, but often run out early in the day and don’t refill them. I understand staff are busy, but waiting 15-20 minutes for water is unacceptable. The restaurant should provide a water station so guests can refill water themselves.

The place is more of a college hangout. The floors are filthy and slippery. The hostess did a bad job at explaining how everything works. The buffet items like fried chicken, bulgogi and others are actually way better than the hotpot. The broths lack flavor. The sauces are great but again without a clear explanation we were kinda lost.

I am usually one to get overwhelmed at a hot pot type of setting, but Dookki is perfect for me. Easy to understand ingredients, great alcohol options, and the broth and sauces are delicious.

I had the best experience at Dookki tonight. I’m new to the hotpot experience and out waiter Juan walked us through it perfectly! He checked up on us frequently and made us feel very cared for. Shoutout to Kevin too! They both made our night unforgettable, I will be returning soon!
Went here on a trip to visit family in TX, ended up leaving highly disappointed. The ‘hot’ pot was lukewarm at best, the broth was more unseasoned than water, and the meat was more akin to chewing on jerky since the waitress kept taking it upon herself to turn the stove back on. The K-pop Demon Hunter’s lifesize poster added to the ambience, at least. 1/10 for that.

Went on Saturday so it was buzzing with customers. Our waitress was super sweet and had a lot of tables to serve leading to service being a bit slow. However, she did amazing with serving my table with time. Food was amazing as always. Whenever food would ran out, there was more food coming in hot to replace the empty containers. I love recommending my friends to this establishment, the price is reasonable since it's an all buffet. They could hire more servers since there was only 2 at the time and they had a lot on their plate already. Staff are amazing as always.

Went there for first time and it was a good experience. Server was very attentive. Food is good, although I the variety of veggies is kind of limited, meats also but it compensates with seafood. The restaurant is nice and there is enough space between tables. Flavor is good, can customize by selecting the sauce and flavors.
