If I could give 10 stars for Service I would! Maria, Miriam and Gabby where the nicest hosts and helped me feel so welcome and cared for on my first visit to Double Dave's. I live in the area and was familiar with this location but had not visited a double dave's since I lived in College Station, up at Texas A&M University 35 years ago. My experience was so nice. They added new food to the buffet when they realized it was my first visit. They really know how...
The food was mediocre. I got the chicken cordon bleu sandwich and I think the best part about it was the bread had a nice garlic butter taste. The rest was underwhelming and tasted cold. The pizza rolls were okay and I think it was too expensive for what I got. I'll try to plan on making the 2 pm deadline for the buffet because anything else wouldn't be worth your time.
