The food is so yummy!!!! I got a 6 pice buffalo wings fried hard with fries, fried shrimp, and a pardi punch!!!! My destination was 25 min away and by the time I made it I had already ate all my food! Everything was seasoned even the fries and the ladies at the window were both nice!

Very unorganized I mean VERY!!! The little girl that was taking the orders is rude as HELL, then keep lying about the time. My order pick up time was 5:48 I’m just now leaving at 6:30 WITHOUT my food! First she said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Went to my car for 10 minutes come back and she say 7 minutes. So I’m like ok my patience being tested. I go to the car come back in another 10 minutes and she says give her 4 more minutes it’s almost ready. I got to the car for about another 10 minutes cause I lost track of time. I get to the window and she says give her a second it’s almost ready. How about I stand at the window in over 90 degree weather for another 7 minutes just for her to come to the window and say to get my food I’m going to have to give them some time. So then I asked how long and she closed the window. Another person walks up so she has to open the window again so I asked do you not have the food for this order. She said no unless you gone wait 30 minutes for it! SMH! This by far the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant especially a FOOD TRUCK… I will NEVER come here again and I support all black businesses. But THIS ONE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO RUN A PROPER BUSINESS. Kick rocks with Jesus sandles and do better much better!

The food here is amazing! (I can never get pics because i always eat so fast lol). it’s a food truck so you have to take it to go, there’s no seating but the food is definitely worth it. i tried the bayou burger (one of the best burgers i’ve tasted in Houston), the wings & the cajun pasta. 10/10 recommend & will be back!

I ordered the large fries with seafood which was small to me.Super spicy, no crawfish tails and skimpy shrimp with some old fries, and not to mention the cheese, it was straight from a can but threw some spice into it! My lips are still burning from earlier! Didn’t finish them and won’t recommend to anyone! Go at your own risk and waste your money if you’re willing to do so!

Man this place right here is a sleeper fr and definitely one of the best food trucks I’ve been to. I had got the catfish platter I want to say that come with catfish, shrimp, crawfish tails, fries and toast. And then a large side of Bayou fries. Food was on point from the look and the taste. Definitely will be back to try some other items on the menu but it’s a 10/10 for me!

10 out of 10 service! My company hired Pardi's for an event, and they did not disappoint. They have an excellent menu with a wide variety of choices, and they top it off with prime customer service. I hightly recommend!
