Will not be back… I’m under the impression the guys do not know how to operate luxurious cars, they did not know how to put my Lexus in drive… they were so puzzled. It got me upset, because if you’re unsure… just simply ask! Will not be back.

It really saddens me to have to write this review because I've been going to Drip for 2 years now. On 1/29/25 around 3pm I took my Titan to get washed. Fast forward to today, I casually looked in the tray where I keep my spare change. It has very few coins in it because I rarely use cash. But at the bottom was a medallion with St. Christopher on it. He's the saint that protects travelers. My 92 year old WWII veteran grandfather gave that to me before he passed in 2023. I kept it there to protect my travels as well as remind me of my grandfather, and kissed the medallion everytime I went on a road trip. It's right about the size of a quarter. Today I casually looked into the tray to notice all my coins were missing, including the medallion. The only people who had been inside my pickup were the car wash workers. It's sad they would be so desperate as to steal people's change. Now I'm missing a part of my grandfather, because of a thief. It was a Grey 2006 Nissan Titan, with Navy plates, in the middle lane around 3pm. Drip, do better when hiring your staff.

Take it from someone who only does hand car washed. Don't even bother bringing your car here. You expect them to do a good job considering to be a hand car wash, that's not even the case. I just took my truck in to be washed and it's like they smeared the dirt all over the truck. I even had a friend witness the way the washed my truck. I approached the manager and told him that the truck was still dirty inside and out so he went himself and another worker came cleaned it up a bit but it was still bad. I've told him 3 times that I don't like the work he provided. You know it's a bad wash, when you and pay for them to clean your car and gotta get their rags and do it yourself.

Got the membership and been coming here for the past year. You can’t beat the price point for the hand wash. Everyone else charge more on the same street.

Brought in my SUV pretty filthy. The very clean option for about $60 is fair value in my opinion. They had plenty of staff and the wash was done quickly. I recommend this hand car wash
I came here by accident and I stay since I have already paid . Wait time was okay but I truly didn’t like how there was no communication with Eduardo the guy who charge for my mini detail . The workers gotta figure out who’s driving a vehicle so you can pick it up . So one of the car wash men decided to be unprofessional and vulgar after I thank everyone in Spanish .
Never going back there first and last .
