We go to this place all the time. Normally there aren't any issues however this time they broke expensive Mercedes AMG gril with illumated logo. I have used this car wash for years and and the 1 time I have issues with them breaking the grill on my mercedes the owner just says oh well and that I should just glue them emblem back into place. The grill is a very expensive Mercedes AMG grill. The owners video shows my mercedes grill different looking from when I arrived on the property and then once I showed them the damage. One of the employees attempted to put the emblem back into place and broke the grill even more than it already was. The pictures shows everything. They claim they didnt break anything. However if they didnt break it why is there employee attempting to fix it. Other customers stated they noticed employees playing and not being attentive to the vehicles and that based on the information they heard from my issue. She said she would never return. Based on the information I have provided and the lack of assistance given by the owner of this carwash. I really hope you take ur vehicle to another car wash. Because no matter how many times you have been or how much money you have spent with this guy. One day they will mess up ur car and they will take no action to help fix the issue they created. Hopefully this review reaches everyone before you go to this establishment. This place is overpriced. This place doesn't take responsibility for their screw ups. Good luck and hopefully they dont damage your vehicle too.

I had the pleasure of taking my car here previously a couple months ago and had a good experience and decided to go back today.
I was informed by the attendant when checking in that it was under new ownership and you could tell everyone was eager to make sure you were completely happy and satisfied with your car wash experience.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Samuel at my point of purchase, who was incredible!
He took the time to not only explain all the different wash options, but what would benefit my specific car best, without specifically trying to upsell me.
He also mentioned that the tip was completely optional, but would go directly to the crew working on my vehicle. I really appreciated that!
I requested Samuel’s assistance on a scuff on my back bumper I had got in the parking garage at work.
For an extremely great price, he took it upon himself to not only completely remove the scuff on my back bumper, setting my expectations low as it may or may not work, but also proceeded to go all around the vehicle and use his special compound to remove any other marks he noticed for for free.
It really goes to show you that there are still people out there who not only enjoy their job, but actually go well above and beyond what’s required to put the customer first!
My car is paid off and not the newest vehicle, but something I love and cherish, and plan on keeping for the rest of my life, lol!
Samuel made me feel special by taking great care of my vehicle and even mentioning the new owner owns a body shop as well who can fix other things I need done when I can budget for it.
I will definitely be coming back to this place frequently, and encourage you to do so as well!

I had such a great experience at this café and carwash! While my car was being cleaned, I got to relax inside and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and a pastry. The place is spotless, cozy, and has a nice atmosphere—perfect for waiting.
The staff is super friendly and attentive both in the café and at the carwash. My car came out looking brand new, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. I love how convenient it is to grab a drink, catch up on emails, or just unwind while the car gets detailed.
It’s the perfect mix of comfort and quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take care of their car while also treating themselves to a great café experience.

I got the $85 presidential inside/outside detail wash and sadly wished they would have done more cleaning (see photo). For $85, I had the expectation that all surfaces would be vacuumed or wiped, but the inside trunk latch area was untouched. They got my car cleaned within 40 minutes. The wait did not feel long as the seating area/cafe is lovely. Not sure I'll be back as the cost did not equal the quality, imo.

I always have a great experience at The Drip Car Wash! They’re quick usually done in 30 minutes or less, even when it’s busy (though you might wait a little during peak times). I love that they hand wash the exterior instead of running it through a machine it makes such a difference! The team is very detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. My car always comes out looking spotless and shiny. Highly recommend if you want a quality hand wash done right!

I worked from the waiting area while I waited and I could see how hands on the management was, especially the owner. My mans Abraham is the owner and got out and helped with my car just so I could make an appointment. I really appreciated their effort and friendliness.
