Chipped my paint, accused me of the chips, and took about a hour to get that small issue resolved. Only to find out they threw away or stole my full plate of food that was neat and heavy in the backseat. While the person I was with still has their food. WOULD NEVER GO BACK!

A coffee place that doesn’t serve coffee, and a car wash place that doesn’t wash cars correctly.This is my second and last time here.My first time was a trial to see if this was comparable in service to Best Car Wash next door.They told me they had a pressure washer and I paid extra for scrubbing certain areas of the car. No pressure washer (they said it was broken after the fact and they didn’t wash it well).Everything is closed today in the area except this wash… figured I’d give it a last chance.No pressure washer in sight… just sprayers.I never bothered to look at how they treated the mitts or brushes (barrels of extremely dirty water and the mitts were almost black).Watching how they are hand washing you’re better off at a coin operated yourself.Don’t go to this place.

I paid $190 for the best detail & the workers stole from me. I had NO IDEA they would steal my pink sunglasses in my console, I took pictures before & then after, glasses were GONE. Also, the other earring to my grandmas earrings— absolutely heartbreaking. I also asked them not to touch the trunk area where I had stuff & it was all dismantled & the car mat was thrown in backwards. I am pursuing this legally & hope they choose to refund me for the $190 service. I do not trust this place & will not return. Seriously heartbreaking.Each time I try to call, I always get disconnected, please get in touch with me so you can at least refund me for the stealing employees that work there.

Brought my Model 3 in yesterday which had been sitting several months. Asked for the Drip Executive wash, the staff went out of their way to clear the standing dirt/grime that had built up in grooves and crevices.I'd like to post before and after pics.AAA+++!

When I tell you drip had my jeep wrangler, sparkling clean! It was sparkling! I got the presidential wash where they hand washed, wiped, cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car. Anyone else complaining about the presidential is ridiculous because it’s $35 for them to basically do a step below a full detail of your car, when high end places charge up to a $100 for it/ Thank you Drip! It was well worth it!!!

They did an amazing job detailing my jeep! As aDog trainer I had a ton of fur embedded in the carpet of my trunk area and they got all of it out. The owner was extremely nice and was very helpful when I had questions about their services! Highly recommend!

Lackadaisical attitude toward their work and customer service.The cheek in staff couldn't explain the packages or justify why I should spend $250 on a car detaining. There are no signs directing first time customers to the cashier and no one proffered the information. I found it on my own but it wasn't obvious that the restaurant cashier also serves as the car wash cahier but as there wasn't anyone else, who else could it be.No one told me an approximate time nor where to look for my car when it was done. Again, it was pretty obvious but for a first timer it would have been appreciated.When saw the car parked in the completed area, I had to go hunt up the key from a guy that was indistinguishable from all the other employees. He didn't say "thanks for combing in today." When I then spoke to the same guy about the poor quality vacuuming in the back of the car, I was met with indifference. They did revacume the area.So they do everything they say, but without much regard for the customer experience one expects when paying $85 for a car wash.On the plus side, the banana pudding cake in the restaurant was what I had been craving even though I didn't know it.Services: Polishing
