Dripped Birria (Galleria)

Horrible wait time. 40 minutes on a order of birria Ramen noddles. That is crazy unacceptable wait time .

The foods good and the prices are fine. Customer service was nice

Taking forever waiting as i type, It is a saturday but there’s only one person ahead of us in line. over a 30 min wait. (now 40) Cooks taking their sweet time 0/10 did not apologize either.

I liked them the first time I visited the food truck. They are pricey but worth it (I guess). I don't eat beef so I REALLY liked and appreciated that they have (had) chicken as an option for the Birria tacos and ramen. After that first visit, they stopped having chicken as an option for the ramen. I found out by ordering door dash on 2 different occasions and they kept giving me beef rather than disclosing that they no longer make it with chicken as an option and you know what a pain it is when you get the wrong order through a delivery service. I was really p___ed off!

I guess I'm wondering, what was the reason for the change because they do still have chicken options for other dishes like the tacos so why can't they just... Put chicken in my noodles instead of beef (lol)?.. it's not like they don't have it. It's the same chicken that use in the tacos.. anyway, that's really the only thing I liked from there so I was excited when they opened a brick and mortar near my house. I thought for some reason maybe it's just on the food truck that they won't add chicken but 'No', went the restaurant and they just don't (won't) do it. What a bummer.

I ordered the birria quesadilla and that thing was soooo good and stuffed with meat and the sauce they give you on the side!!! It’s like a match made in heaven ♥️

Sat for 25 minutes to get my order. Then the food was not good for the prices they charge. I won't be going back. You can find a real taco truck and get 30 tacos for what they charge for 6 And they will be good. Elote was over priced as well.
