My favorites: 1. Nem chua - I have tasted many versions of nem chua in many states, from deli to homemade, made with beef and pork, but this place is my favorite place that makes nem chua.
2. Chả Ốc - The escargot pork sausage here has a pleasant herbal fragrant of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, hint with a spicy kick of black peppercorn. I can taste the bits of escargot in every bite.
3. Chè khoai môn is a dessert made with sweet glutinous rice, coconut milk, and taro.

If you’re planning to buy in bulk, make sure to come early—by the evening, they often sell out! The freshness and flavor make it well worth the trip.
However, keep in mind that the store is very small, and there’s often a long line with limited space to wait. Also, they only accept cash, so be prepared. Despite these minor inconveniences, the amazing quality of their hams keeps me coming back every time!
