The GOAT of Vietnamese mystery lunch meats. For those not in the know, Gio/Cha is basically the equivalent of Vietnamese balogna. It's ground pork and chicken steams in banana leaves.
Foods were good. This is probably the best place to buy giò chả in Houston. Everything was fresh. Quick and attentive service. Only drawback was that they only take cash! so bring plenty of cash!!
If you’re planning to buy in bulk, make sure to come early—by the evening, they often sell out! The freshness and flavor make it well worth the trip.
