The food here is fantastic. It is authentic, fresh and well prepared. Be very patient ordering take out over the phone because there is a bit of an English language barrier, but I am going to solve that by getting a menu and ordering with the item code. The steamed vegetable dumplings are superb, and the vegetables in white sauce are delicious. Agree that the interior is dated but does give the place personality. Also agree the parking can be difficult, but once you go there it gets easier to figure out. My wife and I love this Dumpling King.
I went in at 3pm and they didn’t let me dine in told me they could only let me order to go… i don’t know but it felt a little discriminatory, especially because there were other people eating inside

I thought I was going to dim sum king but GPS brought me here instead. The interior is pretty old compared to other restaurants but don't let that fool you. The waiter is an older Asian lady with no hate in her voice, super humble. The food is definitely home cook. Got the 5 spicy beef noodle and the shrimp and pork dumplings.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Reminded me of my grandma cooking!

The dumplings were too unpalatable, not to mention too salty. The dough was sticky and felt disgusting when eaten, as if they were not steamed. Nightmare attempt! ! Conclusion: Don’t trust southerners to make dumpling pasta! ! !

One of Houston jems. Small place nothing fancy but the food is very delicious, prices quite reasonable and pretty friendly service. As the name of the restaurant says, HAVE got to try the dumplings, the rolls super yummy.

Great prices and their cheese wonton and egg drop soup are better than most Chinese restaurants. Their entrees are a hit or miss but their homemade dumplings are what we mainly go for.

This is the only dumpling restaurant that my whole family can agree on. Other than the dumplings, my favorite dish is the F1, The pan fried crispy noodle with chicken in white sauce. I usually don't share this one! Almost perfect score, but parking can be difficult at times as parking lot gets crowded.

I was there today 5/16/24 for lunch. We ordered for me Shrimp dumping and for my brother Shrimp and veg. His order came after 15 min and had to wait for my dumping almost 30 min after his. When I got it I eat one but was no Shrimp instead was pork. Then I decided to cut open the rest to see if only one was pork to my surprise all was pork. I call the server and told her I ordered Shrimp but all is pork. She said I will change but will take 20 min. I said no we are about to go can't wait for another 20 min just take out the order and bring us the bill. I had the fork on my hand she took the fork and grabbed the plate and walked off. Very rude!!!
