We have been brewing Duncan Coffee's Colombian Velvet four years at Origin Cowork, since we opened. We tried a lot of local vendors before choosing them but none compared to the flavor. Also, they are a family-owned and operated company. They really care about their customers (even the small ones, like us). Today I had five-star service when trying to track down where two cases of coffee went, and they took care of us right away. Best coffee ever. Best service to their customers.

Love the Texas Pecan Coffee!!! I have been buying three 2.5 pound bags at Sam's Club for years and was shocked to learn they ran out and did not order anymore. (Ace hardware also carried it, but in small batches) Imagine my delight to find it again at Sams 3 months later!!! Thank you Sam's Club and Bright and Early!!!(I found an OK alternative at HEB because the bags at Ace hardware were just too small.)

Started out with Breakfast Blend bought at our local warehouse store. When my store closed and the others here stopped carrying, I looked online. For the last two years we've been buying online or by phone. They not only have the greatest coffee, but excellent customer service. I've been more adventurous and now recommend their 1918, Houstonian, Kona and TE Ranch Blends. And who knows, next time you call in, you may actually speak to one of the Duncan family members. Just received my latest order; love you guys.

Love their coffee; I've been ordering coffee from them for a couple years now. My most recent order of coffee was damaged in transit, and B&E Coffee promptly responded to my email saying they would send replacements for the damaged bags. 11/10 service!

I had ordered some coffee via Amazon and the order did not get here in time for my wife's birthday. I communicated that to the business via Amazon and the issue was resolved immediately and beyond any reasonable expectation. Duncan coffee has two new customers for life.Thank you, Lawton.
