Ridiculous. If you place an order and they don’t have what you order- they should NOT ask you to pull and park and wait for 20 minutes for this to make it! Ridiculous and zero customer service! If they had told me they didn’t have what I ordered- I would have ordered something else. Do NOT recommend this place. Shipley and others are much better. First and last time at this horrible place!

This is my second time coming to this location, And my drink has been made incorrect, I always order the same thing from each location, but this location just can’t get it right for some reason. Even though I am patient, They make your drink in -correctly and then feel some type of way when you ask them. Why does it look that way. This Is the second time I have paid for a drink that is more foam than drink.

Ordered a dozen classic assorted donuts and a dozen kolaches. They charged me for both but only provided the kolaches!!! I got to the office before I noticed..thought it odd it was only one box!
I tried calling but their mailbox is full so no way to complain about this to them so that they can fix it!!

This Dunkin location never disappoints!!! I wish this location was closer to my job, because I would stop every morning before work. My drink is always on point, and Jessica always has a smile on her face when servicing at the window. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I come so much, that Jessica knows who I am based off my order. Hands down this location is my FAVORITE Dunkin location!!!

Came 08/12/25 at about 08:30-08:45pm and loved it. It is very clean, the environment is great and the young lady attending is awesome. I didn’t know how to ask for my drink and didn’t order exactly what I wanted when I asked for more cream, she asked you can bring your coffee and made it right for me and did it all with a smile.Thank you!

Staff: person working drive thru @7pm was extremely rude and disrespectful. As I drive to order, the speaker sounded mumble and low. I kept saying I couldn’t hear but assumed it was a speaker issue.
When I got to front window short, Hispanic guy started accusing me of not telling him right info. I mentioned I did but I guess you couldn’t hear me either. He kept arguing about it. I decided to drive away and not get anything.
It totally makes sense of all the low star rating.
Will not be coming back to this location.

I go way outta my way just go to this specific Dunkin’. Always a great experience and they always make my order perfect. The drive through lady Makayla is always very sweet and welcoming and answers any questions I have with the app or anything! 10 outta 10 recommend.
