Why did they waste this space with a Dunkin donuts?
UPDATE: I went here because of the AMEX Gold credits. The coffee is bad (passable for fast food) and the food tastes frozen. You could throw a rock and hit a better coffee shop.
Thanks for double nuking my kolache. Looks like I’ll be checking my orders on a simple thing to make. ??♂️

Wish I could put 0 starts 50 cents for a small cup of ice. Manager was rude. Cashier didn’t care much and wanted to charger me a second time. Ridiculous even tho I requested ice before they swiped my card do better !
Terrible service the coffee tastes like it’s been brewed over and over without changing the coffee grounds tastes like hot water. I asked to exchange it and they just gave me the same thing but warmer not even hot! The bagels are hard as rocks. This is the evening crew.
Every time I come here there’s always a fly, flying about on the donuts and none of the employees seem to care. I give up on this place. Customer service is awful. They see you, but they don’t acknowledge you until they’re good and ready. They look at you dead in the face and just move on about whatever it is they’re doing and it’s literally not busy. Acknowledgment takes about a few seconds, put on a smile, welcome the customer and let them know that you’ll be right with them. Simple. Oh, and the donuts be looking scrumptious. Tragic!

It has been years since I visited Dunkins. I always stick with my go-to, the big S. The office staff requested Dunkins, ok. I had a simple order. 6 old fashioned donuts, 6 sausage and cheese kolaches, two large coffees. I know they are not really a kolache. just called that here in Texas. Firstly, I was not sure how the ladies took their coffee; cream and sugar or black? I asked, twice, to have the cream and sugars on the side. The still put the cream and sugar in the coffee. Ok, I might be in the clear. I send a text to the ladies, they both want black coffees. The staff seemed distraught that I would ask for replacements. Enough of that. The six kolaches. I was informed that they had only five. What? The rest are frozen. Frozen? What? Ok, throw in a couple of more donuts (I had already paid nearly $40 for this) and let me go. The kolache tasted frozen. I'm a big guy that can put down at least four of them. I barely finished one. It tasted frozen. The donuts were so-so. Not nearly as good as my regular donut shop. Oh, and the kolaches and donuts were cold. Well, it will be many more years before I go to another Dunkins. But, if you like it, enjoy. G-d bless.
