it had that very good taste, I wanted to eat the restaurant. However I was very lonely, my friend was there but he is not very smart. I was bored, it would have been cool if the staff juggled or something.

I Ordered a green tea. The couple that ordered after me got their order handed to them at their table which is fine but Mine was set on the counter when I was sitting right next to them. I wonder why hope it wasn’t because I’m black and that couple was white I asked for a refund the manager didn’t even say sorry about that after asking why I won’t be back

I stopped by on the way to Memorial Hermann by Memorial city Mall to bring coffee to my grandma. I placed an order online before arriving and when I got there went through the drive-through lane. The order was not ready and they asked me to pull up by the door and they would walk it out. They took so long everyone in the drive-through line kept honking at me. I ended up having to park go inside and tell them to give me my items worst experience ever. It does not look like anyone inside was going to or willing to come meet me outside like they asked. I also called the store numerous times while I was outside waiting and people were honking at me to check on the status of my order and their phone is either disconnected or does not work because no one picked up just a busy tone who is running this place?

A bit slow. But it's fine the donuts and drinks make up for it and the People at the counter were not rude and the floor was clean, smooth and not damaged and I loves the style of the dunkin donut.

Please don't go to this dunkin donuts. I have been here like 2-3 times and each time has been horrible. The service isn't that great and I understand that the customer is not always right, but in this case, they don't even have the right attitude to begin with. I would recommend you drive a bit farther and get a good iced coffee and treat to avoid the service and receiving your wrong drink.

This morning, I visited to pick up a breakfast item and requested a bag because the staff member, Valerie, carelessly placed my item on the counter. When I asked her for a bag, she hesitated, prompting me to request it again. She then yanked the item from the counter, slammed the bag open, tossed my item inside, and handed it to me with a dismissive attitude. I thanked Valerie for her service, but she ignored me. I then wished her a good day, yet she continued to ignore me. Her attitude was unprofessional, and if she is dissatisfied with her job, she should consider finding employment elsewhere.

Just ordered and there was no line behind me. I ordered 2 of the $6 meal deal. When I got my coffee the color of my coffee looked a little off to me. But I was right both coffees no flavor just water. Was rude service will not be coming here.

The employees acted like they don’t want to be there. Coffee was unbelievably dark honestly seemed like the barista didn’t try with our coffees and had an attitude about changing them.
