The atmosphere is the only thing they got going.Mr Donuts down the street is wayyyy better they just dont have a place to sit down & have some coffee where this one does & I get to see the alot of the locals I know pass by on Hwy 6 & chunk the duce at them from inside which was cool

Geezzzz this place is horrible. I'm assuming they lack training? A drive through order that was not that hard. 1 coffee 3 donuts that is all I asked. The boy took the order I repeated twice. When I got to the window the kid looked like he was loosing under pressure. (Only 2 cars) on that drive thru. He couldn't figure it out some other chick took over and she gave up. Finally a manger i think took over and said here you thank you have a nice day. Me: where's the donuts ? She said I didn't order any. I asked what are you training 2 new employees at the same time? I asked for a coffee and 3 donuts it's literally not that hard.

Went for a quick coffee and breakfast run. No straws or napkins were given. We ordered and paid for a donut and never received it. One of our sandwiches was burnt and the other was cold inside (make that make sense). The worst part was the attitude of the cashier. We asked if we could pay the difference to add a frozen coffee to the meal deal. He replied “well it wouldn’t be a $6 meal deal”. After that he was just very rude about the whole ordering experience. Will not be returning here.

Try to come every morning to get my jelly donut and coffee fixed. Well I try to switch it up today and it felt good to know that the employee remembers my usual order. Lol I want to commend the new manager in change the vibe at that location and providing a more consistent and pleasant experience. You can tell everyone working gets along and work well with each other even if they are busy they differently help each other out!

I was just passing through the city and decided to make a quick stop at this donut shop, and I’m so glad I did! The shop was spotless when I walked in, which made a great first impression. The shorter lady with glasses (I believe her name was Dulce), who had a manager badge, went above and beyond to help me when I mentioned I had food allergies. She took the time to double-check everything and made sure my food was handled safely to avoid cross-contamination. Her friendly attitude and care really stood out, it’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. The donuts were fresh, delicious, and definitely worth the stop. Highly recommend this place to anyone passing through! 🍩👏
this location is the worst. i rather drive an extra 10 minutes, than go to this one any longer. i get the SAME basic drink and they never get it right. like ever. i’ve refused to go, and my sister makes me and they got BOTH of our drinks wrong. the two young girls at the counter (specifically the one with piercings) is SUPER rude. didn’t greet me because they were on their phones laughing together, tell me my drink was ready (just placed on counter). I will never return

This Dunkin’ is the worst. You’re better off going to the location down the street. I don’t like to complain, but this location is rude and has been complicated with getting my order right. Management and all. Employees are messing with my order even when I just wanted to simply pick up my coffee and go. I want no trouble. From here on out im going to pretend this location doesn’t exist and wake up extra early to make time to go to the other location further down the street past 529. Regardless if it’s a bit out of the way, I know they won’t give anyone as much trouble as this one!
