I ordered online and came to pick it up after 30mins and nobody was on the register, after 5mins of screaming if anyones here a dude comes up and then checks i placed an order 30mins ago then makes the drink infront of me and it was the worse preparation ever he was talking on the phone with his friend the whole time he was making the drink, had to trash the drink after a sip cause it was so bad, highway 6 location is so much better than this

This Dunkin’ is tore up! (More so than other ones.) ZERO quality control- they will literally serve you anything. I’ve gotten burnt bagels, cold bagel bites, burnt coffee, donuts with icing smeared off, coffee missing the sugar/cream. What’s crazy is they will legit get an attitude with you when you ask them to fix it so you can get what you paid for. And now the drive through speaker is broken… it’s a hot mess over there, truly.

Worst dried out apple fritter. I had avoided DD in Houston as the location on Westheimer is owned and managed by a very obnoxious person.
This location on Memorial is relatively new. Granted, it was the evening, and I was not expecting anything fresh but come on a rock-hard pastry?
I have come to the conclusion I need to stay away from any DD ever again

Just came here and placed a drive-tru order… Whaaaaaat a NIGHTMARE it was ordering and speaking to whoever was taking their orders.
This HISPANIC lady was RUDE, and lacked the ENTIRE CS TABLE OF CONTENTS! Awful, aaaaaaawful! I was trying to place a bagel, egg, cheese order and she kept talking over me, and TOOK MY ORDER WRONG!
Amari at the cashier made the experience better. If I ever come back here, and here that other lady again, I’m leaving! 😡

2 people in the morning know what is going on. The pink haired lady and the Hispanic lady who basically does everything. The Hispanic manager is not qualified to be the manager. I am constantly asking about the “Sour Cream “ donuts which in Texas we called Old fashioned glazed. That’s the first problem. They constantly mislabel the donuts and then say, “they don’t make those” but I went inside and there they are. So are they lying? They now have apple filled , no more strawberry filled . If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The donuts are very inconsistent as is all the food and they rarely fill your drink to the top. I told the manager it’s like talking to a wall and her reply, “same here “. Well this wall won’t be returning. Stupid decision on your part as I was a regular customer. In case they don’t know it’s all about volume at these places and if your workers are clueless and unhelpful with attitude, as the manager had with me, you will not sustain volume. I don’t know who owns this franchise but I suggest you get it right before you are gone.

Staff was nice, the bagel didn’t have enough cream cheese for me to notice that it has cream cheese on it. Food in general is not as good as in other locations.
Staff was clueless. I asked the cashier what flavor was certain donut he said. I don’t know, then I ask for another one he grabbed and smelled and said pumpkin. We ordered drinks that toook about 25 minutes to be made. We actually finish our food before drinks were made, ask the guy for loadded chipotle hash-browns and he give me a taco with egg like what’s going on? Management should train the staff better. Also a rug and mop was just sitting on top of chairs the entire time se were there.

This place is always running out of small cups and then tries to force you to buy a medium or large not everybody consumes that much of caffeine !! Then the people that be on window duty barely stick there hands out to grab your money so you practically have to be fully out your window because they won’t meet you half way. Honestly over this Dunkin’s location they should have made this a Dutch Bros or something else

Good Afternoon! We went to Dunkin’ Donuts and my four year old son and my mother in law got sick! From the food and coffee there! They are throwing up! I would never go to dunkin again! I even called corporate office to complain! They don’t care

By far the worst Dunkin. The snackin bacon is never cripsy and lack the flavor. Its honestly the same as regular bacon. Staff seems lazy and hate working there. Its a damn shame.
