Their app changed my order and charged me for 15 doughnuts when I only wanted one and changed my drink order and the store wouldn't fix it or give me a refund. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

A team member using her saliva to open the paper bag is unacceptable. If the bags are difficult to open, they should have a little amount of water upfront for dipping their fingers. I pointed this out while I was at the store.
